Dr. Pamela Ermine, DO

Once you see her, you will understand that she is extremely knowledgeable, know where to refer you if you have an issue. Her own staff draws blood. She is busy, so make sure you get a follow-up on your tests. She has a portal, sign up and you can see results earlier. Been going to her for 12 years and you can develop a relationship where she “listens”. Answers questions. I find staff fine. sometimes, you show a little respect, you get it right back.

I was a patient of the NP at the practice. I thought she was great, but the staff has been nothing but rude and condescending. And after reading some responses to review posted, it confirmed that. Instead of taking constructive criticism, they place blame on the patients, which is extremely unprofessional. I’m glad I am no longer a part of this practice!!

After my wife and I had our blood pressure, weight and temperature taken in the examination room and then waiting 20 minutes, a staff member knocked on the door and said the doctor had to attend a conference and could not see us. The doctor never came in to apologize or explain. Ironically, there is a sign in the office that says if you miss your appointment there is a $25 fee. What if the doctor misses her appointment, do we charge her a fee?

Dr.Ermine LISTENS! Dr. Ermine remembers! She is so caring. She takes her time with her patients. And, if you need a referral to a specialist , she sends you to the best! And Always follows up! Her staff are really kind and they care. I am lucky to be part of her practice.

I arrived 15 minutes early for my new patient appointment after waiting 2 months for an appointment. I was told that I was supposed to arrive 30 minutes early, not 15 minutes and because of that the doctor would not see me and I should make a new appointment. How insane is that? This doctor is obviously caught up in her own self-importance.

I waited 2 months for my appointment with Dr. Ermine. I arrived 15 minutes before the appointment. I was told I should have arrived 30 minutes before to fill out paperwork. I told reception that I filled out online. She said there's more and since I didn't arrive 30 minutes early she'd have to check to see if the doctor would still see me. Dr. Ermine said that I would have to rebook and wait another 2 months since their 'procedure' is for new patients to arrive 30 minutes early and since I arrived 15 minutes early she would not see me. TOTAL ARROGANCE BY A DOCTOR WHO'S SUPPOSED TO CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS BUT IS OBVIOUSLY TOO ABSORBED IN HER OWN SELF-IMPORTANCE.

After being diagnosed in 2019 with some medical issues it took me many doctors to find Dr Ermine and once I did, I knew I was in the right place and I knew I was going to get the best care. She cares she listens and she does what’s in the best interest of her patient but most importantly she listens to what the patient wants and needs. She is an hour and a half from where I live since I moved and I will make that drive. a good doctor is so hard to find. I want to mention how amazing her staff is and how responsive they are!! They truly care!! I can’t say enough good about all of them!

Dr. Pamela Ermine is a kind, caring & extremely knowledgeable doctor. My husband & I have been patients for 13+ years & she has always been there for us. Her staff is equally excellent in their ease of appointment making to having questions answered.She is very accessible & easy to talk to. As patients, we find that to be very important. You won’t regret becoming her patient!

Never met Dr. Ermine before. Was referred to her by Urologist for Pre-Op tests for pending surgery. Dr. Ermine, opened up her office on a Saturday and came in herself as well as her office mgr. to make sure I got my time sensitive tests done in time for surgery! Needless to say, my wife and I have a new Dr. in our lives. Besides the professionalism, a great spirit and personality to go with it! A HOME RUN! Thanks Doc!

Extremely uncaring doctor! Also, extremely poor staff! Medical assistant did not take my blood pressure correctly. I have never had high blood pressure at any of my three other doctors. Also the weirdo lady at the front desk, put the incorrect insurance. She said I had United HealthCare-AARP. So Diagnostic Centers of America did not pre authorize my CT. I had to reach out to my insurance company and do it myself. Doctor Ermine and staff are all terrible and uncaring individuals. I would not recommend this clinic!

Been a patient for about 15 years with Dr. Ermine. She is a fantastic doctor. I refer her all the time. She is very thorough and caring.

It has been 10 days and she’s never called about my CT results. This is not the first time she’s never called about results. I have to look up my results on my own. She’s a very poor doctor.

I've been a patient for 14+ years and found Dr. Ermine to be thorough, compassionate, human, understanding, and genuinely concerned whenever I had an issue. She sends me to follow ups as necessary. She has told me to call anytime when I was sick. I would highly recommend her!

Dr. Ermine is not the problem. She seems to be a caring doctor. The office staff and procedures are a mess. They forget to obtain or lose referrals to specialists after assuring they have done so. I had an eye checkup yesterday only to discover that the eye doctor's office had not received the referral. A week ago Friday, I had a televisit scheduled with the nurse practicioner. I waited 30 min. and called the office. "Oh no, the NP is no longer with us. It's scheduled for the doctor. So I had to login somewhere else. The message sat there: THE DOCTOR WILL SOON BE WITH YOU. At 12:15 I called again and got the answering service who informed me everyone had left the office for lunch. When I called back to complain, I was informed I was marked as a "NO SHOW."

Chairs in waiting area are not socially distanced, wait time in the car is 30+ minutes and in the waiting area another 30+ minutes. Test results can not be obtained within 7-10 days because workers/assistants won’t return calls. Other patients in waiting area complaining about the wait time. Doctor on cell phone talking to children, taking personal call while in examination room with patient.

Good experience.

What an awful Doctor - to put off a 92 year old woman's care and not get back to anyone about her for 4 weeks is irresponsible. This doctor is my mother in laws primary physician. She wanted my mother in law to be in an assisted living facility a few years ago - my mother in law refused at the time. Now my mother in law's health has deteriorated over the last several weeks. We are trying to place her somewhere and need an 1823 evaluation completed. We have been trying to get this "Doctor" to respond to us for 4 weeks now. When we finally got a facility involved, her office finally responded and said that she needed to see her before filling out the form. It has not been that long since she saw her last. This form is merely an assessment - a starting point that she could have noted when her last visit was. Either way - this is something that could have been shared with us 4 weeks ago. Now, this "Doctor" wants us to wait another 3 weeks - we cannot care for her anymore! Irresponsible!

Always helpful and knowledgeable.

You will be hard pressed to find a doctor more conscientious and concerned about the welfare of her patients. Without being asked Dr. Ermine goes above and beyond the scope of her practice to suggest the best available options for the patient's individual situation.
