Outstanding primary care physician
She took over from her father as my primary care physician, and has been so for many years. She spends a lot of time with you and is very good at returning calls, albeit after hours. She is very good at communicating options and tradeoffs. It's a small office, and her nurse-receptionist is brusque, but Dr. Grover more than makes up for it. Wait times haven't been a problem for several years.

Her office refused to see me since I didn’t have a $20 co-pay despite her dad was my primary care doctor for 10 years before she took over 3 years ago. Although this is the first time for the 13 years I didn’t have my co-pay with me. My appointment was at 3:30 and her office close at 4 that day, not enough time for me to go home and come back. I ended missing half a day at work for nothing. Thank you Miss Pamela! What a great doctor!

Kept poor records/lost records. Resulting in an incomplete medical history. Lied and told me that I had a medical condition and recommended medication of which I took for months. When in fact, my test results were negative and my symptoms weren't indicative. Can't trust her with my health.

As a physician myself I can say the care Dr. Grover gives my elderly parents is unparalleled. My father got the flu when I was home over Christmas and the care from his family doctor kept my dad out of the hospital or worse. I appreciate her dedication and commitment. Everyone should be so lucky as to have a primary care doctor who is so accessible, caring, and competent.
