Several awful experiences. 1. When asking to change birth controls because of extreme nausea (while medicated), she and her staff completely and repeatedly denied it being a possible side effect. It was like pulling teeth to get a new prescription. After assuring them that I was in fact NOT pregnant, and even offering to do a pregnancy test for them, they finally began to listen. It should not have taken me as long as it did to change prescriptions. 2. I have eczema on 1 of my feet. I know it's not athlete's foot because I had tried many over the counter options for (and I'm not exaggerating) 2+ years. When I tried to get a steroid ointment that I was recommended from a nurse of 40 years who had used it for a similar problem spot. 3. I had concerns about altitude sickness for a trip I was planning and tried to discuss the option of getting altitude sickness medicine for it. She turned me down saying that she "didn't have issues at that altitude" and that meant that I wouldn't either.

Dr. Olson takes a very responsible approach to healthcare. She doesn't order unnecessary tests just to appease patients, but instead uses her up to date medical knowledge to give sound, practical advice. My husband and I have been going to her for many years, and we have complete confidence in her medical ability.

Horrible. Ditto what the other reviewer said. I left in tears. Completely ignored my concerns and issues, pushed her own views. Never going back again
