Dr. Pamela Sansoucy, MD

Dr. Sansoucy is thoughtful & approachable. She listens, and speaks to her patients in a frank, easy to understand way, that makes us feel comfortable, respected and human. I even followed her from her previous practice.

Knowledgable, compassionate, and easy to talk to. She has been my PCP and my teenage daughter's PCP for a number of years. I would highly recommend her. All of the office staff are just as incredible! Incredible care!

Having recently lost my wife of 49 years, I realized I had been neglecting my own health and was years overdue for a checkup. The initial visit was fine: however, I was struck by Dr. Sansoucy's patient-friendly discussion with me. She listened to me describe my many ailments and the grieving I was experiencing and told me to call her anytime if I needed her. I derived a great deal of comfort from this visit because too many physicians I've visited never reached out like she did.

My elderly mother who hasn't seen a doctor in over 20 years and agreed to finally see a PCP after an ER visit. We knew we needed someone who was caring and understanding who would not push her to have testing and procedures that she was not ready for. Being a patient myself of Dr. Sansoucy I knew she would be perfect. She was so kind and gentle listening to my mother ramble after each question often talking about those we lost. She offered her advice without being pushy and to my surprise my mother agreed to almost ev9she suggested. Somehow she did what we have not been able to do in 20+years and eased her anxiety about taking medication, vaccination, and even walked her step by step through the DNR paperwork. I cannot express the relief I felt when we left and my mom commented how nice she thought both Dr. Sansoucy & the nurse were. Now I know that should an issue arise again she will not be as reluctant to go to see her new PCP.

Dr Sansoucy is now my primary care doctor. She listens and allows me to speak. She makes recommendations but does not force anything on me that I don't want or need. Since my doc retired a few years ago I have found her to be the best choice for me. I go to the main office in Westminster.

Dr. Sansousy has been a pleasure to have as my Doctor seeing that I am distrustful towards many and don't visit often. Yes I also think Heywood is a joke and insurances are impossible but at the end of the day she has not failed to follow up quickly and refer the best care she has available. Low wait times, well staffed reception and two assistants ready to see you if she can not.

Straight talker, very professional, listens closely. I love her!!

Suggests mental health for the cause of symptoms rather than looking into a physical cause due to mental health diagnosis.
