She listens, is patient, always calls herself to inform you of test results and never makes you feel that she is rushed. Gloria may be a little testy, but she is a great PA

I haven't got any support from the doctor trying to find out what has been causing the symptoms I have been experiencing. I was guessing that it could be some rare disease, and asking for advice what specialist to see, what special clinic to go. No advice. I was dismissed. Several years have passed... I'm with the other doctor now, and, yes. I have very rare autoimmune disease. Doctor's nurse Gloria was rude, and has no idea what professional ethics is.

I have been a patient of Dr Smith for three years. I am very happy with Dr Smith, but she has a PA named Gloria who the the rudest person I have ever met. I have complained about Gloria's lack of professionalism but no corrective action was taken. I am fed up and am looking for a new Primary Care Physician. I understand that there have been numerous complaints about Gloria

I love Dr. Smith, she's a fantastic doctor but her nurse is rude and has made me cry many times because she yells at me and hangs up on me every time I talk to her. I've been dealing with her about 2 years and she's even hung up on every BBS advocates that I've called. My mother in law quit going to Dr. Smith due to her rude nurse which she had words with several times. I know of 5 people who stopped going to see Dr. Smith due to Gloria! I've even checked into changing doctors due to Gloria but it's not allowed within the office. She always says it's not her job!

I called Feb 2017 for a new patient appointment. Scheduled an appointment on the next available appointment date, Sept 2017. I arrived at 730. The doctor was not in but was told they would call me back with a new application date. Waited a month. Called back asking for an appointment date. No call back. Called back again today was left on hold. If the doctor is not interested in seeing new patients, say so. The run-around is unprofessional.
