Run don’t walk
Doesn’t listen and is generally nasty. I cannot believe any of the reviews that say she is caring.

Study patient reviews before choosing your doctor
I wish we had been more attentive to the other reviews posted about Dr Tuli. I noticed her numbers declined this year and I can understand how this happened. Weekly lab work was done on my husband and Dr Tuli was notified by the lab of a critical WBC that indicated infection. I contacted her office about the results and was told that she had not had time to look at the results. My husband was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit 2 days later for severe septic shock. I just couldn’t believe that she was too busy to address a critical lab result detrimental to a patient with acute myeloid leukemia. I hope this review will help keep current or future patients well.

Less than one star should be an option
I did my very best not to respond to my very 1st visit, one that already left me feeling unheard. My previous hematologist was so caring and so thorough…By comparison, Dr. Tuli is a HUGE disappointment. While I was deciding whether to write this or not, I checked other reviews and clearly they’ve had the same experiences. Dr. Tuli is dismissive and uncaring … she’s just doing a job. While I can accept a less than friendly personality, she crosses that line to complete disinterest. I even confronted her about this on my 2nd and last visit saying that I felt dismissed and not cared for. And you can just imagine how well that went over. My biggest disappointment was her complete lack of thoroughness and her total disinterest in educating herself on my record and history. She challenged me to show her was was in my electronic health record. I could no longer remain silent. The only apology i got was her saying she was sorry my last hematologist misled me. RUN - find a more competent hemato

Not Genuinely Concernec
My mother tried to talk to her and she was never willing to listen. She even became upset when my mom was in the hospital and talked very disrespectfully to the family. She was never concerned about my mom's cancer and especially after a year. Her professionalism decreased.

She did not seem to care about my concerns with abnormal bloodwork and rushed through my appointment. When I discussed with her my results with what was going on, she chalked it up to that it was because of the medication I was on. Every time I asked a question, she would counter with an answer that left me with another question or it seemed like she was trying to confuse me, so eventually I stopped asking questions altogether. I left my appointment in tears and felt I was not being listened and medically gaslit. I would not recommend Dr. Tuli.

Dr. Tulli was my oncologist for the scariest time of my life. She and her team made sure I understood what type of cancer I had, what my treatment plan was and answered any questions. Her bedside manner is impeccable. She’s an asset to the MS Gulf Coast!! I have referred her to 2 other people I know who have been recently diagnosed with this horrible disease. Dr. Tulli and her team helped save my life!

Dr. Pamela Tuli is a treasure. From our first meeting, four years ago, my husband and I were struck by her compassion, the depth of her knowledge, and how committed she is to the welfare of her patient. Dr. Tuli is a highly skilled hematologist and oncologist who is fully networked with other specialists and therefore able to refer her patients, as needed, to the best of regional physicians. If you or a loved one is struggling with your condition, you couldn't be in better hands. We recommend Dr. Tuli wholeheartedly.

She has treated me for years and got me into Tulane Cancer Center for a stem cell transplant which I am almost done with. She is very caring and personable and cares about her patients.

I never felt rushed during any visit, she listens to you, she encourages you and never lets you give up the fight!! Dr. Tuli and her staff (Lauren & Nicole) are awesome and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Tuli!! It's scary to hear you have cancer, but having God and an awesome doctor on your side helps face the battle! Dr Tulli is an angel on earth. She is experienced, knowledgeable, patient and above all genuinely caring. It has been an honor to have her as my doctor thru the worst time of my life. She has held my hand and held me when I cried. Because of Dr Tulli, I am cancer free and living a grateful life that God put her in my path. I cannot recommend her highly enough. In addition, her staff is always such a pleasure to see and work with.
