I should’ve paid attention to all of his negative reviews! He said I needed addiction counseling for taking Tyl 3’s. This was my first and last visit! My husband laughed when he suggested it! The man is an idiot and rude. Firing this P.O.S. felt wonderful!

I finally got my appointment with Dr. Guglani to discuss the next treatment for my lower back pain. He was extremely thorough, kind and respectful. He took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all my questions. He took quite a bit of time with me and I didn’t feel rushed in any way. I feel I’m in capable hands and have hope for the next treatment to finally ease my pain.

He listened to me, checked my condition several times (including the only doctor who unstood clostraphobia) picked a pain reduction plan and when the first one did not work he progressed until finding one that did.

If you want to receive help and treatment for your pain do not go to this doctor. I hurt my back by putting a shoe on in early October. MRI showed 3 bulged disc in my lumbar spine. I tried variety of medications that did nothing and PT which they stopped because I was getting worse and sent me to an orthopedic surgeon. I am only in my 20’s and wanted to avoid surgery so he sent me to Dr. Guglani for injections. I seen this doctor for an SI joint injection on a Wednesday and by Thursday I could not walk. All he did was send in a steroid that did not help and when I called to inform him of this he told me that he didn’t think there was anything he could do for me and I could go to ER, when I asked what they would do he said probably nothing, I then asked for a note for work and he refused. I am basically bed ridden because of this doctor and in an even greater amount of pain then before I seen him.

CHRONIC PAIN PATIENTS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! Dr "G" as he prefers to be called is RUDE/CONDESCENDING/Lacks Empathy/Compassion and is Woefully lacking in his bedside manner! Dr "G" DEMANDED my ENTIRE family deductible for a Trial Spinal Cord Stimulator ( I had consults with memorial about charity care i don't have $3,000 laying around and Memorial approved, But Oh NO you don't Dr G said) so I sought out a 2nd and 3rd opinion. So because Dr G got his underwear in a bunch he discharged me even though there was a solution around it, Dr G was PROFITS OVER PATIENTS! Oh and if you are looking for opioid pain management good luck with that, you will be treated like a drug seeker, Remember Dr G is never wrong, so if his count is off of yours .... WATCH OUT! Dr G will start shoving NEEDLESS and MOST OFTEN INEFFECTIVE Injections, Nerve Blocks and Spinal Cord Stimulators. CHRONIC PAIN PATIENTS DEMAND QUAILTY OF LIFE! Very happy with this dr. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Read some negative reviews, but I certainly never saw that dude of him or his staff. Called me back right away with X-ray results

Very poor care from Dr G - Do not waste your time going to this Dr. My neurosurgeon in East Lansing & primary care Dr in Owosso have heard very negative things from their other patients also. After having 3 back surgeries, PT, cortisone injection shots, yoga & trying different pain meds. I was back in overwhelming pain. This Dr is like a bandaid when you need CPR. He is worthless.

I have been seen twice by Dr. G. and am very pleased and encouraged by my experience. In addition, his staff is exceptional.

My father died shortly after visiting this doctor. He was old, and maybe there was nothing the doctor could really do, but my Dad said if he had known what it would be like he wouldn't have gone. I think he was in better shape before he went.

Never met a “DR” who says your pain isn’t real? Not ok to someone who has been suffering for 5 years and never had any previous medical problems. Very belittling and awful beside manners. As I had a melt down he didn’t even reach for the box of tissues for me. I was so embarrassed and felt like I wasted his and my time!! I think if I was a man he would like me more!

I have been seeing Dr. G for quite awhile. I have done whatever he asked and my pain has never been properly managed. He doesn’t listen to my concerns. He is cruel and belittling.

I recently met Dr Guglani and found him to be very professional and helpful. It seems like the negative reviews were the ones who didn't get their narcotics? Dr Guglani has an extremely difficult and thankless job. Trying to weed out the drug seekers from those people truly in pain. They are ruining it for everyone else. Blame them and not the doctor who is trying to help the people that really need it. And no, I did not get narcotics from him. There are other options for pain management.

Never had a Dr give up so fast. Referred by an neurologist,pain shot, physical therapy. Done. Can’t help my wife.

Dr g is a professional. Follow his instructions and don't be fearful of telling him about your pain. He wants to help you

So mistreated, belittled, in front of everyone, the staff and other patients because I was late for my appointment even though I notified the staff. I am now left without medications for the next week. I am treated more like a criminal for needing pain medications than a patient. He told me I would be disbarred from the pain clinic and I was so distraught I had to go to the emergency room.
