OK fine
Telehealth
Went in for a follow-up appointment and they transition to another primary doctor and he was it and he seems very knowledgeable and was able to represcribe a couple medications and suggesting couple other things that I could work on and that sounds good to me

This is my third visit with Dr. Karan and all three have been very good for he's a caring Dr. He asks questions that are pointed and to the fact and then explains in plain and simple for a lay person to understand. Knowledgeable but caring and strait to the point.

Extremely knowledgeable
Dr. Karan was caring, very knowledgeable and willing to spend extra time with me to assure all my health issues were addressed.As a new patient, he went over all of my medication‘s eager to help me understand why it was important that I take them timely. Great overall doctor
He is very friendly, understands a lot about eastern medicine as well as western medicine and is very open minded towards all kinds of treatments. First doctor I’ve seen who is like this and not married to the medical establishment. It is very refreshing.

Nirvana! Or, at least, very happy.
I’m glad to finally meet our last permanent doctor. Dr. Karan is making his home here in the Arroyo Grande area and should be with us for a long time. I found him to be personable, competent, and willing to explain things which we haven’t had for several years now.

He listens to your medical issues
Under his care I was able to lose 55 lbs by just his encouragement and explaining different medical reason I should lose the weight. He never condoned me about my weight but listen to me and continued to educate me on so many different aspects of my physical well being.
