Following up with this Dr. is useless as she keeps moving or canceling appointments. Her exam is not thorough anyway. There's no added value of having this doctor as my specialist.

Dr. Lockhart Pastor spent time with my husband and myself going over my treatment plan. She was kind and never rushed

Lazy
Dr Lockhart is lazy. Always wants telemedicine appointments, Delegates everything to assistants, always spoke to me on condescending way. Staff in office never wants to work with you to solve schedule issues or labwork issues, and are very rude if you ask even the simplest of questions. If I vould give less than one star for Dr Lockhart I would...her medical degree must be equivalent to a participant ribbon ....

Stay away
Dr. Paola Lockhart Pastor is a complete joke. I was forced to have her as a doctor when Dr. Mitta left. She instructed me to get my bloodwork done 1 week before my appointment so that is what I planned and scheduled. 3 weeks before my appointment my pharmacist asked for a refill but apparently they will not do refills requested by pharmacies. So I called and requested a refill 2 weeks before my appointment and I am now out of my medicine. The doctor told me she wouldn't refill it because I never got my bloodwork done. I told her she instructed me, in writing, not to get it done until the next week. She did not care and refused to even give even a lesser prescription no matter how much I pleaded. The medicine isn't something you want to be off for too long. By the time I was able to get my bloodwork done my levels were rock bottom, which makes the bloodwork pointless, and I felt like complete trash. She needs to reevaluate how she practices medici and I wouldn't recommend her.
