Dr. Paolo Hernandez, MD

My son was seen by Dr. Hernandez earlier today in urgent care and his care was impeccable. He not only heard me but he listens to my concerns without interruption and then responded with a resolution that we (my son and I) were comfortable with. Very attentive and pays attention to your details of the timeline. His bedside manner was gentle and professional. He was thorough in finding a solution. (Let me preface by saying that was my second time at urgent care this week after being rushed by another physician). He made me feel validated in my concerns as a parent and my son is now on a pathway to recovery. My son felt comfortable in his care. Dr. Hernandez is the gold star standard for physicians. My kid’s primary care physician is incredible so it is hard to find someone like her- Dr. Hernandez did not disappoint. I would be ok having him care for my kids if my pediatrician isn’t available. I hope to see him again on future visits to urgent care should my kids need it.
