Dr. Pardeep Brar, MD

Terrible. The receptionist failed to put the proper information on the paperwork to the insurance company and did not answer phone calls. Down to the wire for the procedure, I went by the office to check on the paperwork and the door was locked. She called the next day which was supposed to be the procedure day and asked if I wanted to reschedule the procedure and expressed her apologies. WTH, no. Sometimes people are good at what they do but not good at running a business. I did not want to go through this nonsense again.

First appointment and scheduling my procedures went well, but this doctor goes downhill when it comes to following up with procedure results. In my experience it has been a month since procedures were done and still no follow up from Dr Brar. Multiple phone calls made to his office regarding the outcome of my procedures and so far, no return call from this doctor.

I waited over 2 months to finally schcdule an appointment and then they could not get me in for another two and half months. It appears that only one person works the front desk and everyone else is on vacation/maternity leave. The office is very understaffed and they do not take issues seriosly.

Terrible experience. Office did not file paperwork until last minute and reminders given them. In hospital for colonoscopy and after already doing prep we were then informed office never sent proper forms for doing procedure at Hospital the Dr had requested so we are now out $691.00. Office has been no help in getting our money back.

Probably the worst appointment I've ever had. Didn't listen to anything I had to say, tried telling me I was just throwing up when I'm not and that's why I'm losing weight. Didn't want to hear about any of my past diagnosis'. Didn't want to see any of my blood work or past test results and even when he did he said they were normal when they wasn't. Everything he said about pancreas issues was incorrect even though he's meant to specialise in that area. He pretty much just implied that I was too young to have anything wrong with me (even though I'm 28) and that I was just anxious and bullimic when I'm not. Overall just a really unpleasant experience, I felt looked down on and the appointment felt rushed. Never going back to see him and changing doctors.

I need to say that my visit with Dr. Brar was not as bad as I thought so due to him being a gastroenterologist. My visit was fast and easy his staff made it a very pleasant and quick appointment. No long waiting periods and he is a very professional doctor who makes time to listen and answer all the questions you may have. I will definitely recommend anyone who is having any stomach or gut related issues to come see him plus his staff is bilingual and very friendly

great staff very friendly and professional Dr Brar is a very helpful and I will recommend this to anybody who is having gastroenterology issues
