Great Doctor
She was a good listener . Reviewed my whole life medical history . Her medical advises are very helpful . Despite I did not have medical insurance , her charge was very reasonable . Helpful and polite staff . Followed up after test results . Convenient appointment .

Now I understand why her review is so low!! She just uses her doctor degree to make money. I fasted for my annual physical. In addition, I was recovering from UTI. Unfortunately I was late because my son took my car without my knowledge. "As soon as I found out, I called and explained my situation." I arrived around 20min late, she rejected seeing me and charged $100.

Can't call in the correct prescription to save a l
Rude front desk staff and cherry on top she can't call in right prescription to save her life .. Best part is you get to call and deal with her rude office staff so dr can get script right every time .. multiply visits like clock work .. avoid her and her front desk staff circus

Very Deceptive Practice
I saw Dr. Djafari at the end of 2023 for an annual physical. During the visit, I asked to have a prescription refilled(not a new prescription... just a refill). I also discussed recent weight gain, which I assumed is part of an annual physical exam. The whole visit lasted under 10 minutes, in which she couldn't have been less attentive or interested; basically just checking the boxes to get in and out as quickly as possible. To my surprise, she billed me for an entirely separate appointment for the two items noted. Never did she mention either of these are outside the scope of an annual physical, and nowhere is it noted what is included in an annual exam at this practice. No actual interest in it's patients well-being, just a cash grab for whatever they can bill you for. Very deceptive!!!

While not my regular gp, she is part of the same practice and I needed a same day appointment. Dr Djafari was very understanding , did a test, and prescribed a solution. The problem cleared up and I’m very pleased with the experience. LSFP doctors are great.

I have been a patient of Dr. Djafari for several years now and love her! She takes the time to explain things, is open to my concerns, listens to my explanations and thoroughly answers my questions. Although I moved further away, I have kept her as my PCP because I have been so happy with her. She is also very responsive and I have never had an issue getting a quick telemed visit to discuss things if I have concerns or need a prescription refill.

I'm a complicated patient - auto-immune disease, epilepsy, etc. And Dr. Djafari has been with me for 10 years now. She's excellent. Listens carefully. Medical prescriptions and advice have all been of benefit.

Very, very poor experience. Despite a mountain of objective evidence in my defense, she ignored my phone calls and office visits until my husband engaged the district manager. I am a military wife, with 4 kids, and a career in Defense acquisition that needs a security clearance (with routine drug testing)....she said none of that mattered...that she didn't trust me as a patient, because I mistakenly estimated the last time I took a medicine. She walked out of the room as I was tearing up trying to defend myself for something that was totally innocent! Worst medical experience in my life.

My regular family GP retired from practice. He strongly recommended that I switch to a female GP with whom I could comfortably discuss female issues, particularly as I was aging. Dr. Djafari was recommended and I've been a member of her practice for 11 years. She does not rush through my appointments but rather asks me pertinent questions and takes time to listen to my explanations. She is not one to quickly prescribe medications to me, but where possible encourages common sense healthy life-style alternatives. However if clinical evaluation has dictated prescriptions to aid in treatment, she has provided it. I've been in the Leesburg/Sterling Family Practice system for 40 years and have found the doctors with whom I've dealt to be professional, dedicated, and concerned regarding my overall health and specific issues.

I wish I could give her a big zero instead of one star. She does not listen her patients at all. Today I went there my long term cold flu symptoms. The only thing she did was trying to convince me that they were allergies or stress related low immune system. I disagreed both of these diagnosis. She did not even suggested me to see an allergist. I had to ask for it. She immune solution oriented. I highly don't recommend her. Don't waste time.

This Doctor was awful. She didn't want to listen, and acted like I was just an annoyance. I like this practice and other Doctors in it, but I do not care for the way Dr. Djafari presents herself. It isn't professional.
