Understanding, good listener, engaging, and very knowledgeable. Does not rush.

Appointment right on time. Dr. Moore is thorough while being very efficient. He quickly identified the problem and came up with an effective solution tailored to my needs. This has been my experience every time.

He has been my primary for @40 years. He has always been concerned, knowledgable, helpful, friendly and etc

On top of meds and incidents. Asks, listens, acts.

Unfortunately, I’m leaving this negative review because of the office staff. Dr. Moore is a great doctor, but his staff is rude and unprofessional. I put up with it in the past but when a major medical issue came up that required further testing trying to get the order from them was an ordeal. On Friday I called (good luck trying to connect with anyone, ever!) and left a message and I sent a message through the portal (their preferred way of communicating) with no response. Waited until noon on Monday and nothing. I sent another portal message asking for an update and received an all caps reply asking where the initial test was done. I replied right away and then no response. I then sent a another message through the portal on Tuesday at 2:00 and still nothing. When you receive stressful news of a potential health issue and then can’t get your primary doctor’s office to help… it’s time to move on. I do not recommend this practice solely because of the staff, not the doctor.

Dr. Moore has been my internal medicine specialist for over 20 years. I could not ask for a better physician or a better and kinder human being.

Incredible follow up from Dr. Moore. I developed an infection in a surgical wound. He did a culture, prescribed the proper antibiotic and it improved. A week later at 6:40 PM he called me to see how I was doing. That was way beyond my expectations of a doctor today.

Enough is enough. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Moore for 10+ years. During this time I’ve characterized his medical organization as having an assembly line approach to medicine. In all of my visits, he has spent no more than 10 minutes with me. I’ve always valued his medical knowledge; however, I’ve felt he has never known the real me outside of the medical testes. The organization leaves much to be desired. Telephone appointments are difficult to make; emergency appointments are unheard of; requests for information either by phone or via the patient portal go unanswered. Although I’ve wanted to find another Dr in the past, I stuck it out. Now, I’m actively seeking another doctor as I can no longer tolerate how things are run.

I ahve been going to Dr Moore for over 30 years and I absolutely love it. He is up to date on the latest procedures and protocols. He takes time to listen and has a wonderful memory about what is going on in your life.

Dr. Moore's office is VERY DIFFICULT to get a hold of a live person by phone, much less get any help or information from them. The staff seems annoyed at every question or request and it takes weeks and multiple phone calls to get any forms filled out. I dread having to call them. I hear that Dr. Moore is great with his patients....but his staff does not reflect that at all.

I have been a patient of Dr. Moore for over 20 years. Both he and his staff are top-notch. He has provided excellent and caring service. I have recommended him to many friends over the years.

Most recently, I went to see him with strep symptoms. No one ever took my temp. They did not have any rapid strep tests so I had to wait 36 hours to get the results. I was not given any meds for the pain or swelling. The next day I called the nurse and left a message right after 8am about now having severe pain and swelling. At 4pm receptionist called me back and said Dr will send antibiotics to the pharmacy. After 48 hours they finally called and confirmed I had strep. Not a good experience
