Dr. Patricia Campbell, MD

She always takes time to explain and she allows you to be a part of your health care. She really cares. They do seem to double and triple book so the wait time is unreal. 2 hours or more. That makes me unhappy.

Our appointment was 2 hours late by Dr. Campbell. I was sitting close to the door and for lack of anything to do, I watched the staff. I was SHOCKED to see a guy on his phone, texting/playing games? He did that the whole time I was there, with the exception of when someone went into the front office. He then slid his phone on his lap and put his hands on the computer he was at. He did not keystroke anything, only placed his hands on keyboard.After our visit, I was waiting for our prescriptions to be received at the pharmacies. It never happened. I drove over to get hard copies in hand and again for two hours I watched the same guy doing the same thing. The only difference was this time, I listened to numerous other patients making much the same complaints.The explanations I received was a new computer system. Say what they want, I do not believe it. The sad truth is many of the younger generation feel entitled. They want the pay, but have no intention of earning it by working.

good doctor that takes her time

Dr. Campbell is very good, but the staff is TERRIBLE!!! They NEVER returns phone calls. Reported it to corp. headquarters and they said, sorry but nothing we can do! Getting a new doctor.

Didnt care just hurried in and out. Very unpersonal . Felt like i was a bother to her. She has stopped practicing now as of this month. A shame i think at one time she was a compationate caring doctor but has lost interest. And i am somebody that dont like to change doctors. But if she hadnt retired i was gonna change docs. Office staff sit and play with there phones till you interupt them. Then you are a bother. Very rude, office manager very rude,1 nice girl Michelle she should geta medal
