Excellent physician and staff experience. Took the time to explain all procedures to me and answered my questions. Highly recommend this office

Saved me
I do not think I would have had children if it had not been for Dr Grade. For two years, I suffered from not having my menstrual cycle, and after seeing several gynaecologists, no one was able to find a diagnosis. After one visit with Dr Grade, she understood immediately it most likely was a prolactinoma, and a simple MRI, which she had scheduled for me that day, gave me my diagnosis. After medication and a great Endocrinologist, a few years later, I had my children. She is so kind, takes her time and is very thorough. I highly recommend her.

Care has declined and office is RUDE
Office staff is unfriendly and has a demeanor of being “put upon” and snooty. I waited 45 minutes half naked for the doctor in the exam room. I am not her “kind” of patient. Menopausal. A simple prescription was needed but it was not called in. With menopause being an important part of women’s health, I expected more from a woman OB/GYN. I felt “unimportant”. I work in healthcare. I know the difference between solid care or being just another number.

Receptionist are awful and wait time is horrific
I scheduled an apt weeks ago, shows up early with paperwork filled out, and waited over 30 minutes. The receptionists were so unprofessional and rude. I was shocked. Ended up walking out.

Dr. Grade ignored the fact that I have dense breasts and did not perform breast exams. Only ordered mammograms. I ended up with a later stage breast cancer that she should have caught. Mammograms were negative.

For strictly a gynecologist this doctor was good. But as my OB and the person who delivered my daughter and did my aftercare, including a clogged duct on both sides when new to breastfeeding, I would advise against.
