Dr. Klassen is a very knowledgeable and caring provider. She listens well to my concerns and gives great medical advice. I appreciate her referrals, too. She even called me at home herself to give me my x-ray report. Her nurse, Jennifer, is also a caring professional and a great listener.

I have found using My Chart to communicate what I hope to get out of an appt. and effective tool. I appreciate that she has read the communication and that establishes a talking point and outcome rather than doing the Q & A to find out if I have any needs. Recently there have been a number of issues I have been trying to resolve or regulate. She has been available to assist me, and responsive. While she has extensive knowledge, she has referred me out to specialists when needed. I have been pleased with the outcome of those referrals. The office support staff-from nursing to the front desk has always been outstanding. I have been a patient at this clinic for years. I love the location and size of the clinic.

Dr. Klassen listens and remembers what I have said. I would highly recommend her to family and friends. She has given me good advice during my visits.

Dr. Klassen is very thorough and wants to know all about your history and how are you feeling covers all the bases very good side bed manners, Very easy to talk to.

She as always is phenomenal! She is so thorough and takes time to examine and listen to my concerns. I am amazed at the care, concern, and professionalism I receive each and every time. I know her time is valuable and I appreciate that she is not rushed when it is my time. Jenn is one of the most compassionate nurses I’ve ever experienced. I know that both of these exceptional ladies are always concerned with my health. They are truly the best!

Dr. Klassen always listens to my husband and me. If she doesn't deal with a problem we have, it's because we didn't mention it to her. She never rushes us. Her nurse and she are kind, considerate, helpful, sincere. We love them both.

Dr. Klassen is phenomenal. I've been a patient of hers since 2004. She is extremely thorough, does not order unnecessary tests, she strives to keep costs low. She has been known to call me nights and weekends to follow up if I've had surgery or an ongoing medical issue. I strongly recommend her.

She is a complete dictator with refills. As a nurse I understand the need for appointments for refills, but I also understand the need for continued medications as well. If you call for a refill, expect to wait 5-7 business days for a reply, if you get one at all, most of the time you have to continue to follow up daily on your call. When you do get a reply it will be to tell you that your follow up appointment (scheduled at her next available office visit) is too far from now and tho you’ve waited for a week for your medications, you can not get them until you are seen. I have been seen within the last 4-5 months so it’s not like it was so far ago. After years of dealing with her holding medications like BP medications hostage I’m switching doctors. Good riddance to this woman.

I was treated very rudely by the doctor and staff. The wait time was outrageous. There was no follow up with my concerns even after I called and used the patient portal. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone unless you have hours to spend in the waiting room and don’t care if your symptoms are treated.

I was treated with extreme prejudice and rudeness by Dr. Klassen's receptionist, who used hearsay to refuse services to me. I was not invited to give my own information concerning my medical and health needs, but was told their office "was not interested in me as a patient." I was an RN for 18 years. I've never heard anyone spoken to as I was spoken to. It goes against every expectation I had for receiving health care during a life crisis.

Dr. Klassen is a wonderful physician! She takes the time needed to get to know not only your physical problems, but you as a person. I recommend her to everyone!
