Terrible pediatrician. Even though she is board certified she lacks knowledge and care. She failed tremendously in treating a 2 month old baby who ended up to ER and subsequently admitted with persistent fever and a kidney infection. She even didn’t call to follow up closely the baby who despite being very sick was given oral antibiotics and sent home with no warning signs

Is the worst on call doctor. I hate every time she is on call, and my child or infant are sick. She either yells at you, condescends you, or this time—flat out didn’t call me back at all on my vomiting 9 month old with a fever that wouldn’t go down. Their office policy is to return an on call phone call within 20 minutes. Called twice, she just chose to not call me. So inappropriate. Guess she’d rather me just take my infant to the ER than be bothered.

This physician fails to practice the standard of care for simple conditions like Streptococcal pharyngitis. She prescribed cefdinir to my child, which is generally reserved for children with penicillin allergies. My girl kept fevering on the antibiotic and has been on 2 other courses of antibiotics since then. Now she will be irradiated in the ER to assess for an abscess 1 month after first being diagnosed with strep throat. Please don’t trust this pediatrician with your children if you want them to receive the standard of care.

I have been taking my daughter to Dr. Oliver since she was 6 months old (she is 8 now). We love her. She is patient, she takes time with you, she listens, she proactively addresses issues, and my daughter loves her. We have used Dr. Gunsberg as a back-up when Dr. Oliver is out and we like her as well. Another great thing about the clinic is they respect the patient's time as well. We have never sat for 45 mins or an hour past our appointment time. They have always been on time, or close to it.

My daughter has been a patient of dr Oliver for around 10 years. We both adore her. She is very friendly and quite knowledgeable. Scheduling is very accommodating and we have seldom had any wait times at all, often being seen prior to our appt time. I have worked with and around many doctors and medical staff, and personally have waited hours beyond my appt times in other offices. dr Oliver stands out as the best experience we have ever had. We highly recommend her.
