Not Good, Find Another Dr
I saw Dr O'Sullivan for about a year and she always rushed my appointments and didn't take the time to consider why I might be getting so many infections. She never flagged it as concerning despite how incredibly often it was happening. She failed to document when she gave my the HPV vaccine. Her wait times were always an hour. She tried to talk politics in the room and was very hard to get a hold of when I called into the office. She did not respond to my calls for a week and a half when I had called 4 times. I would not recommend. See another provider.

I had a very unfortunate experience with Dr.O and Heidi Egner.I came in for an appt with Heidi in May.She was horrible, lacked compassion and the Pap smear she gave me caused pain for over 12hrs.She failed to listen to me & minimized my pain when I communicated it to her.I tried to get a hold of Dr. O REPEATEDLY to discuss my symptoms, but was told by the office that "she doesn't deal with these types of things".Dr.O tried to diagnose me after reporting it. she lacked compassion and gaslighted me

What started out as a wellness visit spiraled into a sonogram and follow up visit, which means co-payments at $50 a visit. She deviated from what the visit was actually about and billed my insurance company for two CPT codes in one day. They billed me $50 for the sonogram and another $50 to discuss the results. I think what she committed was health care fraud. I fully intend on filing a complaint with the Dept of Finance. My written response to their bills went unanswered. Will not be returning

I truly do love going to see Dr. O'Sullivan. She is very empathetic, sincere, and understanding when a patient is talking to her. She looks a patient right in the eye and does not seem distracted. She gives each of her patients the upmost respect and is very very well educated in her field. She is humble and truly seems like she cares about her patients. Dr. O'Sullivan is easy to talk to, especially if you need to talk to her on the phone she returns calls moderately quick for a dr's office
