The office staff were helpful and polite. Dr. Renz is marvelous. She cares and listens!!

I like Dr. Renz very much She is knowledgeable and patient. However, I am concerned that there are not sufficient assistive adaptations in her office for geriatric patients and others whose mobility may be compromised (insufficient handicapped parking, many steps in and out of office with banister difficult to hold onto and mechanical chairlift that is difficult to use, no grab bars in bathroom, etc.) to comfortably navigate.

The best primary doctor Ever! Takes TIME with you and listens. Very proactive and really cares for her patients!

This is the worst doctor's office I have ever been to. They had no idea who I was every time I called or went in and did not even bother to read my chart to see my history. Never bothered to call me with abnormal test results because they couldn't be bothered read them when they were sent. Refused me antibiotics for a horrible sinus infection and I had to go to urgent care straight from their office to get what I needed. Condescending, inefficient and not caring, kind or helpful at all.

I definitely would not recommend this doctor. To schedule a physical the "soonest appointment" is 6 months out. This year, when I had an abnormal mammogram that required further testing I never received a call from her office. I've been a patient for 10 years, and this year when I went to my annual appointment, it was as if she had never met me before and asked strange questions. She used to have a nice nurse who offset her odd personality. Now, the nurse is equally strange and defensive.

I had a virus, she had all the information from the emergency room; she had no idea of the reason for the medications that I was taking; she was unfamiliar with several of them. She had no idea of treatment and wanted me to come back for a half hour appointment, with no reason other than to "follow up." I told her I would tell her where to send records. She asked inappropriate personal questions that had nothing to do with the virus. I was frustrated and angry.
