Excellent doctor. Personable, approachable, knowledgeable. One of the best. I'm glad that I had him for my vascular healthcare.

A new attitude and altitude
After a knee replacement, my right leg would swell and make the replaced joint incredibly painful. I saw Dr Alexander to understand why the leg was retaining so much fluid. He and his wonderful staff worked with me and my meager insurance for a minimal procedure to ablate the troublesome vein and the leg no longer swells. I just climbed the tallest peak in Arizona-an 11 mile hike to 12,633 ft-and felt great. Couldn’t have done it without you!!! I’ve got my life back.

I went to this person as they were recommended. I should have known going out of network was not going to be any better. The first visit as a new patient the individual was nice. The second visit was like a Dr. Hyde. It started with an intern and someone else who may have been an intern or a resident. Anyhow it was like intern was running the show. The individual discouraged me from support groups online which were in fact helping me, to talking to me about medication after I had told him I had terrible allergic reactions too. When the individual who I will not ever respect him as a Dr. came in, it was a complete turn around. I told him in the first visit what I was going through and he completely ignored that. He gave me a medication that I told him I could not take, because of him my breathing almost shut down along with my hearing. He had an attitude and told me basically if I don't take the med I would basically die. He is not God. I vowed never to go back. Beware.

I had the wonderful pleasure of having Dr. Alexander do my heart catheterization. He was amazing! I had no anesthesia and was able to interact with Dr. Alexander during the entire heart catheterization. Dr. Alexander was great at explaining the cath. He was able to go through my wrist and that was fantastic! The nurses in the cath lab were great also! Highly recommend Dr. Alexander!

Dr. Alexander is an Amazing doctor. His professionalism and attentiveness to patients is the type of service and care all doctors should provide. While I see him for cardiology care, I wish he was my primary care doctor. He provides such thorough care. He's also a patient doctor that listens while also having a sense of humor. I'm so glad I found him, and highly recommend him to everyone.
