Dr. Allen took great care of my father right up to the time of dad's passing. I am convinced that had not it been for Dr. Allen's care that my father would have passed years before he did. Thankfully, my father was able to enjoy a good quality of life right up to the end.

My mother has seen Dr Allan a few times... he seems to be a good Dr. But his office staff is incompetent... getting them to send in any kind of order is like pulling teeth... she waited several days for them to send oxygen order to a medical supply company after she called them to make sure they were sending to the correct place she wanted to get from ... it took her calling the medical supply company for them to get in contact with the office to get it going... they said they would fax it over as soon as they got off the phone. That was 3 days prior to the medical supply company getting in contact with the office staff... his staff is extremely rude to patients... if they don't want to be bothered by patients then they need to find a new profession.. she has called to make a telehealth appt with Dr Allan and noone has called her back. Needless to say she is being referred to a different pulmonologist who hopefully has kinder staff and able to actually get an appointment with

Dr. Allan is a good physician. When I visited him at the Surecare location he took the time to truly examine me, talk with me about ways to help my breathing. But when he left there & I visited the new office I was very rushed, both appts started very late and it just felt like a conveyor belt of patients. He is a great guy and a good Dr. they just seem to be pushing him so hard to get more patients in. So I've switched to someone else basically so I can relax and feel at liberty to ask my questions and hear about holistic ways to help my breathing.

Unfortunately, I don’t know whether Dr Allan is so bad because he doesn’t care or if it is because he is ridiculously over scheduled. I was told he sees 15 patients per hour in the office. He came in, stood at the door, said he was sorry I have cancer, and mumbled that he would refer me as he left the room. He had a resident perform a procedure, left her to tell my husband the diagnosis, and told him he would do some other testing immediately. His office staff said he didn’t order anything.

My first visit seemed rushed - lasted less than 10 minutes and I was charged $240. I went through a bunch of testing that ended up being unnecessary. Trying to get in touch with someone at the office for billing or appointment questions is horrible. I left numerous messages and would not hear back from someone for days. Most of the time I only was able to talk to someone when I would call and finally reach a live person. Heard lots of good things about this office but I was not impressed.

Went to Cleveland Clinic, Ohio State, many local doctors in and out of the hospital for over a year and finally, Dr Allen found problem. He did one scope, I had like 9, and found Edac. Had surgery in Ohio State for trachea repair and no more coughing 24/7. He is an awesome doctor and really cares

Dr. Allan is probably a very good doctor... but unfortunately, I may never get to find out how good he really is because my experiences with his STAFF has led me to believe that they are at best, rude and incompetent. I have been hung up on, left on hold for long periods and as of recently can NOT seem to get a live person when I call. When i called repeatedly, I got a recording that said to leave a message but the calls were never returned.
