I would never recommend Dr Flannagan to anyone. My father was referred to Dr Flannagan. He did not check my father for symptoms regarding the referral but rather suggested he see another doctor. Several weeks later my father was admitted to the ER and an ER dr recommended he needed help for the same issue he was referred to Dr Flannagan for but we were told by Dr Flannagan it wasn’t an issue! Dr Flannagan did not listen to the concerns of the patient and was not willing to help. He was stand offish and arrogant and should not be practicing if he does not want to help others.

i had 2 back operations.was up and walking the next day both times.wish he was still in Weirton.
