Dr. Patrick Kearney, MD

I worked with Dr. Kearney for several years at the Air Force Surgeon General's Office. He was morally corrupt, disingenuous and professionally inept. With Dr. Kearney, you could never believe what he was saying. He took it upon himself to moonlight during duty hours and did not get permission from his superiors. He did not take the time or effort to learn how to do his job and effectively interact with his superiors, peers and those he supervised. Eventually, he was pigeon holed as to limit the damage he was causing. His duty performance was so bad that he was relieved not once, not twice, but three times from different positions in the National Capital Region. I understand that he wound up as a hyperbaric medicine doctor at Travis AFB, but I honestly don't think David Grant Medical Center leadership performed an adequate background check of Dr. Kearney. He should not be working in medicine, anywhere. Bottom line...I would not see Dr. Kearney. He CANNOT be trusted.
