Dr. McLaughlin has been the best Cardiologist we have seen for my 77 year old father whom is a Vietnam Veteran since 2015. He is very straight forward about what is going on. He takes time before your appointment, sometimes even the night before to go over his client's chart and really understand what is going on overall as well as with the cardiology area to be able to address the best outcome of what will be needed. He has provided great concern since day 1. Most people will judge him by his looks or by no empathy, but that is just their opinion without really getting to know him. He really does care for his client. Many Veterans love him. My father had a triple bypass in 2015 and then several issues thereafter. He was given a ton of meds that were not needed, as well as meds that would be used temporarily if he followed guidelines to help better his heart. He was taken off 3 meds after a period of time and got better. He was a miracle walking around with all that had been going on.
