Knee replacement

A Dr with Grace, Skill, Heart & Expertise!
Prior to surgery today, I admit that I was a bit angst ridden. But my uber ortho surgeon, Patrick J. Smith MD of All Florida Otthopeadics in St Pete asked for my uninjured hand and said a most eloquent and heartfelt prayer with me. After that, I was releived of all anxiety! He is a remarkable human filled with grace and truly touched by the hand of God. Our community is so fortunate to have him in our midst. Stunned by his genuine kindness. Forever grateful for his heart, skill and acumen! I was so moved that I referred to him as Father rather than Dr.

Dr. Smith performed arthroscopic ACL reconstruction. My knee is healing well and I have good range of motion 2 weeks after surgery. You can barely see the surgery incisions. Dr. Smith is friendly and caring. He takes time to listen and did a thorough job of explaining the details of surgery and what to expect during and after surgery. I did not have to wait long to get an initial appointment with him. Scheduling for the surgery went very smoothly. All the office staff with AFOPA, including Heather the surgical administrator, and Alice the financial counselor were competent, efficient and kind.
