See Dr and his wife twice. Horrible staff. All were wearing black masks Not friendly. Had to ask one gal doing test to lower her mask. I,m DEAF. Not one member of staff has evr been trined in dealing with HOH. Finally told gal she was in violation of ADA, and send in another tech. She did and gal came in with no/lowered mask and spoke slowly. PERFECT. Long wait lobby, then they send you to another room with bunch of people waiting. Its called Stacking Patients If you have a 15 or 20 minute visit, expect to me there 1 and a half to two hrs. So sad..The Dr and his Dr wife are excellent. I have a retired Medical License(LRT).

Dr Patrick Tsai is very knowledgeable about eye conditions and he takes the time with patients to determine the appropriate care. All of the clinic staff are caring individuals who treat their patients with courtesy and respect. If you are looking for eye care, Dr Patrick Tsai is your best choice. Comfortable office space and easy parking.

Horrible experience

I found the office clean and friendly. My wait time was short and the use of my time efficient. The computer techs were professional and gave excellent instructions on each procedure. Dr. Tsai gave me a thorough exam and spent time explaining my results. He also was very reassuring regarding the outcome of my problem. I will continue to be followed by him every 6 months with confidence in his expertise. JCJ in Benson,AZ.

I agree service has become very sloppy. During covid we were packed like sardines waiting, no distance, patients coughing, just very unsafe. I left after 2 hours after appointment time. 5 minutes and our the door. Not doctor I knew before, good surgeon but office service very poor. Also outside in sun in 100 degree weather before

My husband never saw Dr Tsai, just one of his assistants, even though his appointment was with Dr Tsai aWill not return.

I do recommend Dr. Tsai. He was very thorough. I am returning for annual visits to monitor my vision.

Do not recommend. Has an assembly line of patients, makes patients wait, orders tons of tests and sells surgery. All about profit here.

I recommend Dr. Tsai highly in the treatment of glaucoma by surgery to relieve eye pressure resulting from optic nerve damage. Dr. Tsai is very personable and efficient, in addition to being very confident and skilled in diagnosing glaucoma progression and treatment by surgery. He performed surgery on my eye to create a drain to reduce eye pressure that no other procedure accomplished. He and his staff have been most helpful in both treating my condition and scheduling necessary appointments
