Former Patient
Dr Zimmermann is very nice and thorough but because of his staff and how terrible rude and controlling I found another doctor. It is a shame that someone is allowed to control peoples medicines that is so rude and unwilling to listen. She has made many errors in filling my scripts but would not listen and talked over me anytime I tried to say something when I tried to get her to straighten them out. She told me it was my fault even though she's the one calling them in.

I have known Zimmerman, Rolla, Draper and many other when the office was built. I was Rolla patient at first. Then one I seen Zimmerman for my Dr was on vacation. I was 13 yrs old at that time and I been seeing him since. Dr. Zimmerman even delivered 3 of my 4 boys. He is honest even if he tells you he don't know what is going on as since the govern put my rules on them he will go above and beyond to run test, referral to a specialist. Give him the support to help you. He is very caring.

The doctors are wonderful but the staff is rude and lazy and, after 26 years, I will never go back. It is a very uninviting environment.

Dr. ZIMMERMAN is thorough in checking through records and is a good listener.I feel that the physical exam is less complete than it used to be...no palpation of abdominal area, checking ears, and throat, etc., like he used to. Now it seems the exam is more dependant on bloodwork and a listen to the heart and lungs.
