Long wait and rude staff
Long wait and rude staff. I arrived for a 9:45 am follow-up appointment at 9:37. I Did not get into the examination room until 10:05. After 20 minutes in the exam room, I stepped out and asked the staff behind the desk how much longer it would be. One staff member said there were two patients ahead of me, and she did not know how long it would take. She then told me I could reschedule, and then she turned her back on me. I waited another 10 minutes in the exam room, and the Physician's assistant saw me, not a doctor, and spent about 5 minutes with me. I complained to her about the long wait, and she said she was the only one in the office and apologized for the long wait. I then waited another 5 minutes for prescriptions. I left the office at 10:35. I Will not be going back.

Dr Baldwin is an excellent surgeon that truly cares about the patient. He goes above and beyond to assure his patient has the best treatment. Seeing this level of care and compassion in the medical profession is rare.

I’m very please with Dr.Baldwin . He’s now put me back together twice from 2 different accidents . Both times have been trauma surgery’s . I don’t believe any other doctor could have taken on the severities I had . He’s also a perfectionist on his work . Thank you Dr Baldwin and his Staff .

Broke/fracture bone in shoulder-as a trauma surgeon , he was able to put my shoulder back together. Highly recommend Dr. Baldwin and Orange Park hospital team. PT at his office has gone very well.
