Dover office scheduling mess
An hour and a half wait after scheduled time. Disregard, disrespect for clients. This is a sign of greedy doc who overbooks. Waiting room full of people waiting a minimum of an hour. Not acceptable. (There was no emergency to hold him up.)

Dr. Bouls is a great surgeon. Was disappointed he never spoke to us after the surgery or at our inital follow up. When discharged from hospital we knew nothing and thankfully for a friend who's a nurse was able to teach us wound care. Communication prior to surgery was great but after not so much.

Dr. Boulos, is a great neurosurgery. He has given my mother and I a second chance of life. When I first heard that my mom had to have brain surgery, I was scared. Dr. Boulos made us feel for comfortable with the services he was going to perform and my mother during surgery, which made me feel at ease. I am writing a paper this week in school, and I am writing my paper on you Dr. Boulos, thank you! From the bottom of my heart. From Jacquotte Campfort daughter.

I saw Dr. Boulos recently for the removal of a benign brain tumor. He is now my favorite doctor. He talked me through a terrifying experience. He spent almost an hour with me even though he had a lot of patients in the waiting room. he also talked to my husband and son. The surgery went very well and I have made a full recovery. This was the kindest doctor and so good at what he does. One of his colleagues at the hospital the day of the surgery told me I was lucky to have him do my surgery

I saw Dr. Boulos in January 2017 for a severe and debilitating spine condition. I was referred to him by a friend who works at The University of Virginia. He was extremely knowledgable and explained my problems and suggested several paths of treatment. With a combination of minimally invasive surgery and physical therapy I am pain free. I would highly recommend this doctor.

Dr Boulos saw my father several times for an aneurysm. He saved his life. He spent over an hour with my family in the middle of the night after the operation explaining everything that had happened. He was kind, smart and patient.

My husband & I had an immediate experience of Dr. Boulos's knowledge, extreme kindness, affability and desire to make both my husband & I feel relaxed. While the 2 initial visits were each over an hour's wait, all successive ones were less lengthy.

He saw my mother in the hospital for a brain bleed and never made a followup or discharge CT scan. Due to severe headaches I took her to Pike Creek diagnostics and her bleed had doubled in size. Plus they started her back on Coumadin right away which Im sure contributed to it. Its been week and we're still waiting to hear back from him.

Dr. Boulos performed my surgery on my neck. The surgery was a success. After being in a car accident the last thing you want to deal with is a doctor who treats you like a number. He took the time out to explain all situations, and follows through. His staff is friendly and very pleasant to deal with. I reccomend Dr. Boulos! :)
