I hadn't been to the GI in quite awhile but he was very friendly and took his time with me and answered all of my questions. Offered follow up appointments as needed as well as some testing to make sure I was all set.

Outstanding. Great bedside manor and thorough explanation of what is going to occur and what has transpired. Fifth Colonoscopy over 19 years due to family history. I am very comfortable in his care and trust his judgement without reservation. I would recommend with confidence.

Dr. Brown was negligent in informing insurance of my husband's symptoms, which resulted in a procedure being denied. He was lazy and careless regarding my husband's care. The staff made me feel like I was annoying and bothersome when I was calling to advocate for my husband's care and I was right, my husband had a serious condition. My husband suffered as time passed and with cancer growing while Dr. Brown did nothing to help. The facility feels old, dirty, and outdated. Awful experience!

This man cares for his patients listens and does everything he can to get to the bottom of your issue!Louisville endoscopy is first class from front door to the person who takes you to your car.Super Excellent staff......Impressive Five star medical Professionals From top to bottom.Hey they care and you are aware of it!Also have awesome things about the other Doctors in this group.

Dr. Brown is a wonderful doctor! He is understanding and thorough with his diagnosis. When in surgery, he was caring and reassuring that he was right there. His staff is kind and hardworking in providing the information we needed. Thank you to everyone!

I'm not even sure how to start. When Dr. Brown entered the room to see me, he was basically yelling. Told me he didn't know how I expected him to help me (because he didn't have my medical charts which are VERY EASY TO GET). Referred to my health as a train and I was expecting him to hop on the kaboose. He was such a rude doctor and honestly a rude person. I would not recommend ANYONE to him.
