Great Doctor
Very good doctor and office! My first appointment, Establishing Care, was very in-depth and not rushed. I feel he took time to get to know me and I really appreciate that. My second appointment was equally in-depth and not rushed. Wait time was excellent. I feel comfortable talking with Dr. Carothers as well. Very happy with his practice and him!

Dr.Carothers is amazing Debbie is not
Dr.Carothers is amazing but his staff is terrible ESPECIALLY DEBBIE she is the WORST. SHE is hateful, disrespectful, very unknowledgable and will cancel your appointment out of spite. He really needs better staff she is not meant to be in the medical field and handling patient account and medications and testing.

Dr Carothers is my favorite Dr ever. He listens, He actually reads your chart before he sees you. He does not over book appointments causing you to have to wait excessively. He is kind and he cares. Best of all he is a very good at diagnostics. I am almost 75. I've seen plenty of doctors in my life. I highly recommend Dr. PAUL Carothers and his staff.

Wish I could’ve met him to find out
Couldn’t even get past the horrendous receptionist due to my appointment being scheduled incorrectly. Ridiculous wait time to reschedule. Tried filing a complaint about the error and all roads lead back to the receptionist. Can’t even get transferred to a manager to discuss the issue.

Ten out of ten, highly recommend!!
Dr. Carothers and his staff at Leander ADC are top notch! I have never had an "establishing care" appointment that was ever that in depth and detailed. I felt like he really took time to get to know me as a person and not just a patient.

I have been seeing Dr. Carothers for several years. He is one of the most dedicated kind and caring physicians I have run across in my 50+ years of life. He always listens to me. He follows up with intelligent questions. And to top it all off he has a great bedside manner. I have recommended him to several friends and they feel the same way.

Switched to Dr. Carothers Going on two years. I am still very pleased with his knowledge, attention, and bed side manner. He is very honest and upfront. He provides information for patients to take home to refer too when needed.

I am a medical professional. In discussing my medical history, he did not have much knowledge about gynecologic oncology, but he wanted to argue with me when I disagreed with him.

I recently had to find a primary care physician, insurance requirement since my previous previous doctor was a specialist physician. He listened to my concerns and was very pleasant. He recommended several tests to make sure there was not an abnormal mass and the office called me to let me know there was nothing abnormal and it was probably just fat tissue (I am not as thin as I once was). I would highly recommend him!

I have not been impressed with Dr. Carothers. I have had to call his office to get my lab works then a CTS scan. He ordered both and after more than two weeks I had to call for one then the other. I have never had to follow up with a doctor. I had my last doctor for almost 20 years and he would call within days. His level of service if very poor. I will be looking for another doctor.

Absolutely will not listen to a word you say. He simply waits for you to stop talking, so he can ram his one answer repeatedly. He is dead set on his way. My labs reflected one issue, but he prescribed me meds for something I didn't even have! Worst doctor I have ever had. Bring back Dr. Andre Chen!

I will be brief as I have already left lengthy feedback on their website and spoken to the supervisor. The front desk staff was at least helpful in scheduling an appointment quickly and Ginger was kind to me while I was there. However, Dr. Carothers made me feel like I was not worth his time as his first patient of the day. Long story short there was a miscommunication on why I was there--women's concerns when he stated he thought I was there for a physical--and he said (quote): "There are oth
