This “doctor” canceled my appointment two days before my colonoscopy due to their miscommunication on which tests I needed, as well as him overstepping my doctor who said I needed the colonoscopy. Said I’m “too young” to have that procedure, when colon cancer has been becoming an issue for people under 35. My first doctor who ordered the test said it would be necessary due to my symptoms as well as a history in my family of colon cancer. I tried to tell this to Chard, and he did not want to listen in any capacity and kept repeating himself. It got so bad I just hung up and stopped answering his calls back.

Four years ago Dr. Chard failed to tell me the results of my colonoscopy. I had to get the report to find out what the results were. Six weeks ago , due for another colonoscopy, my primary MD referred me to Dr. Stollman, in the same group as Chard. Staff refused to make an appointment becauset Chard had to give Stollman permission first. Six weeks passed before I was contacted. So Very UNPROFESSIONAL. I made other arrangements. I would never return to East Bay Center for Digestiive Health.

Please descard my earler rather negaive review on Dr. Chard. I apologized to him when he performed colonoscopy on 2/9/17. It was his secratary who didn't give him my letter leading to the confusion. I gave Dr. Chard an AAA +Thank you
