Good Doc
Dr Cole is unhurried and makes a point of answering all of my questions. Office staff very helpful and understands that people typically don’t see a cardiologist everyday and may have some concerns. It is their heart they’re getting treated after all. Couldn’t have a better experience (unless of course I didn’t need a cardiologist in the first place). But I digress.

Dr. Paul Cole is my cardiologist who I cherish
Dr. Cole is never in a hurry and provides me thoroughly complete and technically proficient examinations. He always provides time to answer my questions. He is congenial and caring. His PA Kelli Neal is equally caring and proficient and very professional. I have the highest praise, regard, admiration and appreciation for Dr. Cole and PA Kelli Neal who provide both my wife, Diane Thompson, and me with the utmost congenial and proficient cardiology care.

Lack of Care By Staff
My mother went to Dr Cole's office for her annual appointment. Front desk staff were rude and condescending. After having my mother sit for over 2 hours, in the lobby, seeing her through the glass, as well as each time yet another patient signed in, the staff never inquired as to whether or not she needed assistance. For over two (2) hours you see the same person sitting in a chair, in a CARDIOLOGIST office, and are not concerned by this enough to inquire as too how they are doing or why they are still sitting there?

Long wait times
I had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes to get in and see the nurse to begin with. I know they are short staffed, but my time is valuable also. Spread out appointment times. I like Dr. Cole and the staff, they are friendly and warm.
