Great visit, appointment was on-time, friendly staff. Doctor did not rush things at all. Felt well treated and truly cared for.

Rude
I called on a Saturday and he was the on call Dr. He asked what was going on. I started explaining my symptoms and after 5 words he cut me off and said “what is it that you want? Antibiotics?” He said it so abrasive that it caught me off guard. I replied yes. Then he said what kind? I am not a medical expert and said I didn’t know. He said he’d send it in and hung up. I almost wish I would’ve just paid to go to urgent care because when you’re feeling terrible, the last thing you want is the person who’s supposed to help you, treat you like that.

Don't ever go to him!
He was VERY arrogant and rude. He wouldn't listen to my concerns and even after I suggested something he did the opposite. I set up all my medications to go to home delivery and he changed them back to the pharmacy without my permission. I wouldn't take my sick dog to him. She deserves better! If I could give him a negative star review I certainly would.

I called on a Saturday and very obviously interrupted his day, even though he was on call. He was rude, arrogant and not helpful. I needed IV antibiotics and fortunately got a hold of one of my doctors, who guided me in the right direction. As a two times cancer survivor and transplant patient, I did need help and didn’t get it.

Dr Cooper has saved my life. I have had several doctors the last 20+ years, but he is the only one who not only recognized my heart murmur, but he suggested I get an echocardiogram. I was a little reluctant to do so because I am in such good health (run a marathon, hike fourteeners, exercise almost every day), but I finally made the appointment. In that appointment we found a number of issues (some congenital) with my heart and I just learned that I need to have heart surgery. I am so grateful that this was found out now and that we can do something about it and not while I was running around at 5 in the morning. I have enjoyed going to his office (luckily it is usually just once a year for my physical) and I can talk to him. He even has remembered what we talked about the last time I was in (a year earlier). Highly recommended

Awful Dr with horrible bedside manner. I have never seen a more rude, God awful doctor in my entire life. I would rather drop dead then see Dr Cooper again!
