Terrible office policy
Dr. Cunningham is fine BUT their office policy is terrible. I just got new glasses and I told the the person fitting me that something was wrong and I could not see out of them. I was told to take them home and wear them for 2 weeks. I can't see to read, use my computer, watch TV or even feel safe walking around my home with them on. Regardless, when I called back to say so I got the same story -- their policy is I have to wear them for two weeks! I get a headache with them on for 5 minutes so obviously I am not able to wear them at all. Very unhappy with their policies!

This visit was the worst experience. First of all, they charge a fee to use your flexible spending account or a credit card. Next, the wait was HOURS for a scheduled appointment. Office staff are extremely rude. To top it off, they never told me about a $240.00 fee, even though my husband called before the appointment to make sure it would be covered by insurance. I would not go here ever again!

Dr. Cunningham removed my cataracts. I was very nervous about having surgery on my eyes, but he was very reassuring and the whole process was painless and recovery was uneventful. Dr Cunningham is very knowledgeable, kind and patient and I would highly recommend him.

Love Dr. Cunningham. He is so gentle, kind, caring and knowledgeable. He took wonderful care of my brother. Thank you so much to all at his wonderful practice.
