Great Doctor very caring
Doctor Demartino spent 30 minutes listening to me and asking questions at the beginning of my initial visit, he was compassionate and caring. I have had colonoscopies before and the preparation this time was the easiest. He made a very unpleasant procedure extremely tolerable. His office staff was courteous ,efficient and professional. Dr Demartino is terrific!

Awful
I’ve only been there 3 years. I always wondered why there was always new staff. Well today I saw why first hand. He is nothing but a BULLY. He was so unprofessional talking about the poor young PA that works there. So unprofessional. Tried to con me into a procedure today and was upset with new girl there because she didn’t convince me. Disgusting human being.

Horrible
Absolute disgrace of a Dr. he should be reported to the labor department for his disgusting disposition!!! Refused to let my mom use the bathroom untilIt was too late. Was upset cause I wouldn’t let him do a procedure on my 88 yearOld mom. Maybe you should live within your means and you won’t have to worry about forcing people against thier will. Never will return

Horrible. Waited over 2 hours for him to tell me I need a colonoscopy and endoscopy. Why? I have heartburn. Went to Dr. Jason instead and he prescribed my a pill and I've been fine ever since. Dr. DeMartino go back to school and you pay attention.

great doctor
Dr Demartino has treated me and members of my family for many years. He is very thorough and takes time to explain things so you can understand them. As in the case of my father, his compassion made a huge difference. I have always been completely satisfied with the professional care I receive and will continue to use Dr Demartino for many years to come

Dr. De Martino saw my husband, son, mom and myself all at different times. He saw many of my friends and their parents and always treated everyone with the highest of professionalism. He treated my mom with advances Barret's Esophagus Disease and did procedures to prolong her quality of life for 15 years. He prevented my husband from having surgery with the correct medications for diverticulitis and sepsis in the colon. He treated my son for C-diff Colitis with the extensive medication that prevented him from having a fecal transplant. And I was treated for IBS years ago with a medication that cured it and haven't needed it in over 20 years. His professionalism, knowledge and mannerism goes unnoticed. I would and still do recommend him for any gastrointestinal needs.

Compassionate and knowledgable
Dr. DeMartino is one of the more caring doctors on my care team. He makes sure he spends plenty of time with you and answers any question you may have. When there is an emergency, his office staff always makes sure to get you in asap, sometimes even same day if possible. I have recommended him to all of my family and friends. He treats you as if he was treating a member of his family.

Dr DeMartino and his staff are the BEST. He is a very caring, very knowledgeable Doctor who takes the time to ask you the right questions and then gives you an actual education on how to move forward and never to panic. His assistant Tina is extremely helpful as well, she calls right away with results and you're not left hanging wondering about your own health. The surgery center was also excellent, from check in till check out, they took such great care of me. I flew in from Florida just to see Dr DeMartino and would absolutely not hesitate to do it again. HIGHLY recommend this Doctor and his staff as well as surgery center staff. Top notch.

RUN FAR
Absolutely rude. I’ve never in my life have been to a Doctor Who speaks over you and at you. All he was interested in talking to me about was doing procedures i said not now because I don’t do good with anesthesia and i wanted them done together. He tells me they don’t do it together for safety reasons, and it’s too long to be under. Is he serious? I think he thought he was talking to a dummy. He does it separate because he wants the money for each visit. Who is he Kidding He’s the most rudest most arrogant doctor I have ever been to I would not bring my dog to him the way he speaks to his staff is so despicable he should be reported. He walks around the office like hes a celebrity . I found a new Gastro in the same area and they are wonderful and professional. And they do both procedures together !!!!Do yourself a favor run away quick!!!!

Dr. DeMartino did an excellent job!
We met with Dr. DeMartino today and he did an excellent job of asking detailed questions about my wife's health and her family's health history. He was very patient in answering our questions and explaining the ins and outs of her condition while showing care and concern. I would highly recommend visiting him for your Gastroenterology needs. We are looking forward to our next visit with him.

Rude and abusive
When I complained about how his staff didn't return any of my calls to his PA, he called me the next day and berated me to the point where I had to hang up. He then left an abusive phone message calling me a coward for hanging up and being rude to his staff. What kind of doctor does that? I was never rude.

What a jerk. I’d leave no stars if I could. Staff is incompetent. Doc is arrogant, rude, and does not care about his patients. I waited 45 minutes for my appointment, then his friend Bruce showed up. Staff made a big deal when Bruce arrived, lots of whispering and laughing, then after maybe 5 mins, Bruce got called in before me. I left, and later got a call from DeMartino, I did not answer and he left an insane voicemail. Voicemail was full of lies, claiming he gave me special attention one time???, NOT. Saying that when I saw him on September 30th he answered all my concerns??? NOT, I never saw him on Sep 30th. Maybe he had me confused with another patient, or he’s just a jerk. I’m gonna go with he’s just a jerk. On his website, I see he rated himself five stars - again, what a jerk!!!
