Fantastic Doctor
Dr. Diamond is a very pleasant, caring, and competent physician. I never feel rushed or stressed when seeing him. He listens to my concerns and explains everything I need to know about my labs and health. The staff is very friendly and his nurse is very pleasant and professional. I am so grateful he is also very knowledgeable about vegan diets so I do not have to explain why and what I eat which can be so frustrating with other providers. He is certified in notional counseling as well. I feel very confident in his ability to care for me.. He intently studies and reviews all my lab work and compares the numbers from previous drawings. Very thorough!! I am truly blessed to call him my PCP.

An upsetting experience
Dr. Diamond gave me a requisition for labs for what I assumed to be the typical annual labs that I've always gotten for as long as I can remember. Imagine my shock when a bill showed not only Thousands of dollars of tests, but so many tests above and beyond ones I've ever had done before. I asked around to family & friends and they too hadn't ever had many of those tests done - especially for a typical annual physical. My coverage brought the bill down to hundreds of dollars however around $500 more than what I pay on average for yearly labs. This is not about my coverage - this is about being blindsided by unexpected labs because the doctor didn't discuss with me about all the labs he was ordering (and lab requisitions aren't easy to understand for those of us non-medical individuals).

I really like Dr. Diamond, I went in for a physical and blood work since I had not been to a doctor in many many years (no insurance). He is very thorough, very patient, and takes a lot of time to ensure that he does a thorough job. He doesn't rush you in and out. He also helped me with wait management issues that I have had for years, I was able to lose 25 lbs of stubborn weight with advice and medication to help me kickstart my diet. Dr. Diamond really cares, and I appreciate that.

I had the worst doctor visit of my life. 50 minutes late, sat at the computer most of the time due to Medicare Wellness check, but I made an appt for a physical. Questions had very little to do with my health. He made sure to tell me Medicare paid him and Glades medical. He never went over my blood work except for a couple of items and missed reading new health issues the nurse had just recorded Then he left and returned 10 min later. Upon His return he gave me a digital prostate exam, shoved his finger up my anus and gave a 3 second prostate exam; I am having some pain tonight from that. No awareness for patient comfort. No electrocardiogram He hardly acknowledged me even though this was my first visit and last.

I really like Dr Diamond. He was caring and thorough. He spent a lot of time with me and asked a lot of time to get to the root cause of my health problems. I also like that he takes a nutritional approach.

Dr. Diamond did a PSA on my husband the first year he saw him (this was after he was treated for prostate cancer). The next 3 years after that, he didn't order any PSA tests at all. Fast forward, my husband asked him about a PSA text last fall and it came back sky-high. Unfortunately, his prostate cancer came back and spread to his bones and his liver. It's considered Stage 4. Dr. Diamond screwed up by not ordering these tests especially since he knew my husband had prostate cancer before

Stay away. He tried, unsuccessfully, to perform a procedure that a gastroenterologist should do. Only interested in earning more money. He’s not even a Medical Doctor. I wonder if he still has germ-infested stuffed animals for kids to play with. Everyone in that office has an “attitude problem”, and I can understand why.

I am appalled at some of the comments that people have posted in reference to the doctor’s staff. It has been a delight to interact with Ashley and Carmen thank you!!! You have both been wonderful to me and my family. These two ladies go above and beyond their duties. I see how hard they work and are so understaffed. Do not blame the staff. People have some consideration and when you go in for your visit open up your yes and see what these wonderful ladies do for all of us. You ladies rock!

Doctor was good but I have to give a bad review because of the nurse. I was there with my wife and we both agree. She was very rude and unprofessional making a lot of mistakes that can compromise you well being. She should being work as a nurse. Worse I ever experience in my life....

Have tried for 3 full days to make an appointment. The staff member answered on day 1, barely spoke english .,THEN said I wasn't on their roster....called Blue Cross they said I absolutely WAS....have called since, left messages, stayed on the phone for hours ...NOTHING! ....sends you automatically to referrals!!! then hangs up after 20 mins!!! Dr Diamond "might" be a great dr....I'll never know as he has the worst office staff I have EVER experienced.
