The Best!
The best. Dimarco performs the physician part of the service. He is not a biller. He is an expert at diabetes. I've had it for 55 years and am an RN. He knows diabetes upside down and inside out. 5/5

PLEASE MAKE SURE PATIENTS HAVE THE CORRECT PHONE #
For over 20 years this office has given patients MY HOME phone number as their office number! My landline, home phone ends in 58 while their office number ends in 38. The business cards had fancy script for their phone number which seems to have been part of the problem. As a result, many times I've gotten home from work late in the day to hear messages from patients desperate to make an appt w/ Dr. Dimarco. I always call them back, but it is always after 5 pm. I thought that the problem was solved once they moved their office downtown, but today, April 6, 2023 I received a call from a patient trying to reach Dr. Dimarco's office. It would be funny if it wasn't so serious. Please make sure your patients know your correct phone number. Sometimes PCP offices give patients MY HOME NUMBER when referring a patient to Dr. Dimarco since it was recorded incorrectly in their records!

My appointment with Dr. DeMarco was in April of 2018. His office billed the charge under an erroneous Tax ID which caused my carrier to show a co-pay of $65 rather than $40. I have been trying through his office, Personal and Confidential to the doctor, to BayCare and the billing company to have this error rectified to no avail. It is now referred to a collection agency. I will not refer this doctor and his practice if they cannot bill properly or correct their own error.

Went in for my yearly visit to see dr. Di Marco and it went well. until the end of the visit. They do blood work in their office since he was short staffed, he drew my blood. Before he started I must have offended him by saying I've never had a doctor take my blood I thought that was a nurses job. After he was finished, he took the needle he drew my blood from held it 3 inches from my eyes and said never mess with the guy with the needle. Is this how all drs treat their patients.

After having been diagnosed as a t2 by my PCP, we tried the pills and diet regime and was not able to reach the goals. A neighbor, who has been a long term patient suggested I try Dr. Di Marco. What a life changing difference under his care. While the office is a little shabby, the care is 1st class. No BS, no talking to you like you're a dumbass, just straight ahead solid advice and care. Staff is equally direct and easy to work with. Never more than a 15 minute wait in office. NO RUSH!!

I had a horrible experience with this office! The lab person was inept, causing pain, they didn't even test my T3, the most important component of a thyroid lab panel; when Dr DiMarco called with results, no T3, said he would get back to me, he did, a week later, only to tell me blood was gone, would have to re-test or I could go to my lab, Quest. Gave him the Quest location I go, they have no order, was sent to wrong location. Total incompetence! DiMarco's knowledge is old school also.
