Dr. Dziwis is fine. I give him a 5* rating. However, the Secretaries rule the office. That means messages are not passed to the Dr. It means phone calls are not returned. That's more than disconcerting, that can be dangerous.

I have been seeing Dr. Dziwis for over 20 years. He has helped me through a number of serious health issues. He knows his stuff, he is up on the latest information, and he is very smart. He listens carefully and respects my input. He is compassionate. I trust him to provide the best care possible. I feel fortunate to have him as a doctor.

I thought he was amazing and accurate. Very good skills and accuracy of diagnosis and treatment. Yes, he is busy and it is not easy to get a quick appointment but that is because he is so good that everyone wants to go to him. the beauty of his office is that there is staff that will be able to get you in quickly but they check with him and his hands are in everything. Thank God for him!

I've only met Dr. Dziwis just before he anesthetizes me & performs a procedure. Each of the 4 times I had office appointments about a GI issue that can't be solved, I was made to see his medical assistant. No one's suggested that if an assistant can't fix it, it's time to see the doctor. Twice I left messages for him to call to clarify POSITIVE test results that a receptionist called me to report, but he never returns the call. Never warned of serious side effects of strong meds prescribed.

I have had multiple colonoscopies with Dr. Dziwis and each time I was pleased not only with the ease of the procedure but all components of his office.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Dziwis?
I saw him for almost 2 years for severe Crohn's disease. He treated me with prednisone for over 8 months which is far too long. After 8 months and multiple small bowel obstructions he recommended a surgeon still in his residency perform laproscopic surgery to do a bowel resection. Several days after surgery he finally showed up to see how I was recovering. I was given inappropriate food post surgery. He told me to eat it and see what happens. I ended up with bowel perforation and almost died.
