We have been patients of Dr. Emery for over 20 years. He was a kind and compassionate doctor and I find it impossible to believe that he would abandon his patients with no warning. I believe this is all on the NONCOMPASSIONATE, NONCARING heads of Dignity Health. It's unforgivable that they would not tell us where he is or what has happened to him! My prayers are with him, hoping that he is okay. If you see this Dr. E, please let us know how to find you. We need you! God bless you for helping me get thru cancer. Please know that you are loved and missed.

Dr. Emery - you're a poop head. So many, many people have greatly missed you when you left. They have a big hole in their lives where you used to be. No kidding. They need you. Please return to medicine! You're friendly "It's for me to know, and you to find out."

Dr. Paul Emery is the absolute best. He has been my doctor for nearly 20 years--with a break in between when I moved out of state. He listens, he cares, and he does not rush through his patients' visits. He also has great colleagues if a specialist referral is required. I fear he has been treated badly by Dignity Health but no details were available in the office's letter to Dr. Emery's patients so I'm unsure if he has retired or is relocating.

Dr Paul T Emery is a caring, intelligent, responsible physician. My husband and I have been with him for approximately 28 years. Dignity Health, on the other hand should be ashamed. They should come up with another tag line since
“Human Kindness” is the opposite of what they are

Dr. Emery is a detail oriented physician who listened and conversed in a frank, direct manor. He discovered the return of the cancer I thought I beat. Now he is gone and, for me, this is a formidable loss. Dignity handled his exit poorly without empathy or professionalism. This is a loss for me and the community at large.

I have known and been a patient of Dr. Emery for nearly 40 years and have found him to be very competent and caring. Unfortunately, he seems to have left his present practice and gone who knows where. I am very disappointed in the medical system that allows doctors to do this without any notice to their patients.
