Very Unprofessional
The tech who called my barely 18 year old back told her that I (her mother) wasn't allowed to go with her (to be put to sleep for the 1st time and 4 wisdom teeth pulled) and that she needed to start acting like an adult. My daughter refused to go back without me, so she said I could. When filling out the disclaimer paperwork, my daughter was hesitant to sign it. I read it and told her there was a very low risk of any of those happening and that doctors have to warn their patients of the risk so patients don't sue them. The tech left the room and Dr. German came in. He told us that he wasn't comfortable performing any surgery on my daughter based on what I had said about suing him. I calmly explained that I was trying to calm my daughter (who was crying and scared) and explain why she had to sign the paperwork. He said I was inappropriate, rude, and he wasn't doing the surgery. I was told by the tech that I was in the wrong and the cameras all over the office could prove that.

The office staff is wonderful. The office is very clean. As for Dr. German, I highly recommend him. I had (2) molars taken out. No pain durning, after or at home after the oral surgery. If I have anymore issues in the future, I will be returning. Thanks for being a outstanding oral surgeon.

I give Dr. German and his staff the highest marks. He is so knowledgeable, patient and friendly, and never made me feel rushed or silly for asking questions. An absolute pleasure to be his patient.

Least painful implant ever! Dr German is wonderful. I was offered 3 sedation choices. I took the most sedation offered and it was like falling off a log. The office staff was friendly and answered all of my questions. God forbid I need another implant, but if I do, Dr German is the star!

Accolades to the professionalism, compassion and expertise that I personally experienced during my visits to the office of Dr. Niel. Facing root extractions on a decayed tooth following a crown removal, I was extremely nervous and upset. Thankfully, the entire experience was positive in every way. From my initial encounter with the office staff, to the actual pre and post-procedure, my fears were alleviated and every expectation was exceeded. Please accept my compliments to all.

Fantastic experience two times for tooth extractions and implants, the first with Dr. German the most recently with Dr. Niel. Drs and staff explained everything and results were as promised. Relatively pain free.

It took forever to get an appointment and I was told I had to see his partner Dr. Doroshenk instead. Having waited almost two months, as a courtesy, I filled out their patient form and still showed up early in case something went wrong. After sitting there for 30 minutes beyond my appointment time, with no status from the staff, I requested a refund since no one told me that she was running behind. The staff's response was that they did not know she was running behind.

I came into the first visit with a great deal of trepidation, having never had any dental surgery before. I needed two extractions and prep for an implant. Dr. German was so personable,so helpful in making me understand each step I would be going through, the risks involved and what would happen at each step. The initial procedure was so effortless (I had general anesthesia) and experienced so little pain that I was honestly shocked. I would refer anyone and return without hesitation!

Hoerible. The ladies at the front desk were not helpful at all despite the miscommunication from their end about me coming in for a consultation vs. an extract. Though i was experiencing a lot of pain, they refused to accomodate me to see the doctor. Very very shameful. A doctor signs an oath to help a patient at all times. Not this practice considering those at the front desk.
