Terrible patient experience
Had a terrible experience. Provider was detached from the conversation and was not personal at all. Spent 99% of the exam on his laptop instead of conversing with the patient. Has horrible personable skills and really should not be interacting with people.

Cold and aloof.
The most of the office staff tends to be condescending and rude. Perhaps this is because they don’t have respect for the patients? Doctor Kaiser is cold and aloof. Seems to have a love affair with his laptop with no time or patience to appear interested in the patient in front of him. He only gives one syllable responses to questions and shows zero empathy for his patients. He should have learned how to interact with patients from retired Doctor Gómez. We have found a physician who truly listens and cares. One of the happiest days of my life was being able to call Doctor Kaiser’s office to cancel a follow up appointment.

Who has the Problem
Arrogant, condescending, disdainful, answered the few questions we were allowed to ask in between his constant typing as if he were talking to first graders, maybe 5 minutes of hammering reflexes, told me if I didn't like waiting I shouldn't come, kept us waiting over an hour, no explanation, and of course WE had to be there 1/2 an hour early so add that to the hour, rudeness extended to his staff as well, I had to ASK if we were in the right place to which they replied without looking up 'we know you're there, we're busy'...NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Totally worthless from every aspect -except medication; THAT was important

Unconcerned Doctor and Callous Office Staff Took us 2 months to setup an appointment for my disabled wife with Dr. Kaiser and it happened to be right after the Memorial day holiday on 5/31 at the Forrestal Office in Princeton, NJ. Office called saying the doctor was unavailable and appointment had to be moved to 6/18. Never did the office person indicate that the appointment was at a different office location or I should arrive earlier than the scheduled time to fill out paperwork. I arrived at the Forrestal Office location on 6/18 after much difficulty in locating the building and with my disabled wife. The office staff was busy chatting away and browsing their mobile phones. I was told that Dr. Kaiser was at the second office and I should have arrived 30 min prior to my appointment to fill out paperwork. Could not complete the appointment. Office staff and office manager were unhelpful and clueless. So we have been waiting for 3 months for an appointment with a Dr. that is apparently affiliated with Penn Medical Center in Princeton but cannot access patient details from the system electronically. The Dr can only accept paper forms. I have been using my PCP to fill my wife's prescriptions for the last 3 months because they ran out. I am truly ashamed for having setup an appointment for my disabled wife with Dr. Kaiser.

Seeing Dr Kaiser was not a great experience. I was not pleased with his attitude, demeanor and he behaves as if he is not happy in his job. I want a Dr that is compassionate, caring and willing to help. He was condescending and did not trust his judgement fully.

Poor listener. Eyes were glued to his laptop. Gets annoyed with the patient, even though he keeps looking at his laptop. Inconsistent diagnostics. Not trustworthy. Disrespectful.

Dr Kaiser has on each of my followup visits taken the time to discuss my concerns and the improvement over the last year with two devastating incidents. I feel the doctor has given very good and understanding explanations and facts and also for the answers of some instances where the end outcone and cause is yet unknown.

I was extremely impressed with my visit to Dr. Kaiser. His examination could not have been more comprehensive. I was in severe pain, and the doctor planned a series of tests to pinpoint the problem and prescribed medication that has almost alleviated my pain after a very short use. Dr. Kaiser was very patient and answered all my questions. His staff was professional and courteous and followed through with telephone calls to check on my condition. The doctor has a five-star recommendation.

My husband has a traumatic brain injury. His previous neurologist retired. We were referred to Dr Kaiser by his cardiologist. Dr Kaiser gave him a through neurologic evaluation. Went through 10 yrs of medical history meticulously and contacted his neuropsychologist (with my husband's consent) prior to his next visit. We could not be more pleased or have more confidence in this physician.

Dr. Kaiser is compassionate and caring. He listens and ask questions at every visit. I'm never rushed thru my appointment. He explains everything so it's easy to understand & I leave knowing the next steps & how to use any meds. When I call with a question I get HIS nurse not any person in the office. I may have to wait but the office will contact me & I can reschedule if I want. The care I receive is worth any time I've ever waited. I won't go to anyone else.
