If I could give him a million star rating I would and it still wouldn’t be enough. I cried for a week after meeting with him not because of what he said regarding my son’s care but just because of his selflessness and kind heart. He is the biggest blessing god has ever given us and just brilliant. He showed me things many many other top neuro specialists failed to see.

A phenomenal physician and surgeon for our son
Dr. Klimo performed two stealth craniotomy’s on our 4 year old son to remove a large malignant tumor from his pineal region (the middle of the brain). Across the two surgeries Dr. Klimo performed a gross total resection…and it was a very tough case. At one point during the second surgery, we were told he may not be able to remove the remaining tumor and we were devastated. But Dr. Klimo did not give up on our son and the tumor was removed giving our child a greater chance of surviving his cancer. Each surgery took more than 8 hours. Each time our son was delivered back to us functioning. Opening his eyes, sitting up in bed, responsive, talking, etc. It was such a huge blessing on a very hard path. We are forever grateful for the care we received and for Dr. Klimo’s talent, compassion and abilities. He is the best as far as we’re concerned and he earned our trust as a wonderful surgeon.

Dr. Klimo is an amazing Neuro surgeon! My son was diagnosed with craniopharyngioma in December of 2014, our local doctors in Missouri had given up hope and told us it wasn't anything else they could do for him. DR. Klimo stepped in and gave us hope,he performed a total tumor resection on our son September of 2015. Dr. Klimo is a very personable physician;he didn't treat us like a medical record number, he was very compassionate and an all around astounding physician!

Yes I do believe in super heroes and Dr. Klimo is mine. He has been a doctor to my son for 3 years. His expertise, professionalism, and overall genuinely caring personality has been greatly appreciated by our family. Highly recommend him for any pediatric neurological needs.

Amazing surgeon & great person, but his staff is horrifying...they never return calls even after a month of begging 2&3 times a week for a return call. They don't handle referrals either. They leave you nowhere to turn but some shadey local ER or urgent care if you need help.
