Dr. Paul Macdonald, MD

I wish had been referred to Dr. Macdonald when I was released from the hospital after my stroke. He spent quality time, listened to my concerns, answered questions and explained what he saw from the images and discharge orders and then gave next steps. A true caring Healthcare Professional that is still in his profession for the real reason - patient care!

I suffer from bad migraines and pressure in my head and dr. McDonald Works diligently to find the right combination medication and treatment thank you dr. McDonald and staff for being so courteous at all my visits

He was accessible, thoughtful, and attentive.

Dr. McDonald is an amazing doctor. He is an active listener and good communicator. He makes sure that I, as his patient know that if I have any problems with medication he has prescribed to call and let him know and he responds in a very timely manner to calls. He makes sure that I understand my diagnoses and expected outcomes of treatments and medications. He truly partners with his patients in management of their diagnoses. I always leave his office knowing I will get better under his care.

Ian very happy with the treatment I get with Simon, he takes good care of me and has been great at finding and treating my issues . I just get tired of the wait time sometimes in the Office when I’m in the room. Coordinating care with referrals has been a past issue, but other than that I can’t complain.

I actually saw Simon. Was very pleased with the knowledge and medical care I was given. My first couple of visits I was seen by Dr Pandey who ordered all the tests and diagnosed my condition. Was very pleased over all.

Awesome results after 2 visits Headaches are mostly gone and if I feel one coming on. A Tylenol gets it GONE.

The NPs that I have seen are extremely knowledgeable and took time making sure I understood the next steps and why. Love this office.

I never meet Dr MacDonald. His office staff and NP's were terrific. Most doctor's office's I would rate a 1.. So it says a lot that I have given this office the best rating.

After suffering a concussion and compressed vertebrae in my neck I spent 2 years with blinding, debilitating headaches. Concussion-Migraine headaches. After seeing Dr. MacDonald, the Dr had my symptoms under control and I have my life back. Dr MacDonald’s experience gave me back my life. I saw many Doctors trying to manage this pain and until I found Dr MacDonald, I thought I’d have this dibilitating pain for the rest of my life. Dr MacDonald is a the kind of Doctor, other Doctors hope to be! CB

I was treated at the Brain & Spine Center for my migraines and I have to say that the medications worked wonders & has helped me so much! The doctor took his time in my care & was understanding about everything. I was very happy with the patient care I received.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Macdonald. I was a bit nervous as this was my first visit to a Neurologist as well. The front office staff was very friendly and helpful After being taken back to an examining room Dr. MacDonald came into the room. He seemed nice as he introduced himself to me. He asked me a number of questions relating to my symptoms and he was very thorough in his examinations. He explained everything to me and I felt very confident in his abilities as a doctor.

My husband has had two appointments with Dr MacDonald following suffering a stroke. He was referred to us by the hospital upon discharge. Dr. MacDonald was completely unprepared for both appointments. In addition, he did not give us a sense of confidence as to how to proceed for my husband's recovery. He seemed completely disengaged. I would not recommend him to friends or family.
