Dr. Paul Menke, MD

I had to go to the ER at St. Thomas and had to get a chest x-ray. 2 months later i got a call from a billing service stating that my $25.00 would be turned over to collections if not paid over the phone. This is the first contact for anyone at this company. After spending 30 minutes on the phone and never getting to speak to live person nothing got done. St. Thomas should be embarrassed to have such and unprofessional company working at their hospital.

This physician is part of Murfreesboro Radiology Inc. and I received services in early July 2017 in St. Thomas Rutherford ER. Today (October 12 2017) I received a letter from a collection agency for the balance of my account. My insurance paid most of the bill and during the past three months I received no bills at all from this practice. I have no idea how they expect me to have paid when I was never billed. If I need ER services again I will avoid St Thomas because of this incompetence.
