Pitiful
Dr. Was only concerned if insurance was going to pay rather than properly diagnosing and treating his patient.This is not acceptable. The Dr. Was highly incompetent

Office awfully slow to be seen & expect a long wait time in waiting room even if you show up 30 minutes early expect them to be a hour behind. The EC building is very old & filthy. Stains on ceilings, stains on floors, bathrooms dirty. I can’t see how this place is sanitary at all for the type of work that’s done here. Office staff on personal phones which is very unprofessional & they are also quite rude.

Best doctor I've had all the way around!
Dr. Moncla is very informative and patient with questions. He knows his stuff and did a wonderful job making sure I fully understood everything we went over, as well.

Great Practice!
Dr. Moncla is AMAZING! He is by far the BEST doctor i have ever had. Hes kind, knowledgeable, caring, and everything a patient looks for in a provider. As long as he's a doctor, I will be his patient! The office staff is just as friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this practice!

After my wife had her baby she had a spinal tap leak and was in extreme pain because the Anastasiaoligist messed up and she was leaking spinal fluid. Dr. Moncla had an appointment with her and told her she was faking it and she was doing it because she never really wanted our new daughter. After we had been trying for over a year mind you. Perfect thing to say to a women who just had a baby. Which I would have known this years ago and would have made sure he paid for what he did to my wife.
