Had knee replacements in 2023 and 2024. Dr Murray and staff did an excellent job.

Dr Murray reviewed my mri and x ray. He told me I would need a hip replacement. He is very knowledgeable and professional and he related well to me.

This is not a nice man..after the consultation I had an emergency MRI. He called the next day but I missed the call..I immediately called back but couldn't reach him..I called every day for about a week with no call back. He finally called and was initially nice.  He said I could have an operation or not.   When I told him I didn't want the operation he became very cold and nasty..he then refused to answer any of my questions..I am still uncertain about how to deal with the pain and the next course of action..this is a truly horrible human being that doesn't care about his patients.

I'm so glad I had a friend that referred me to Dr. Murry. The whole experience from my first visit, with Dr Murry agreeing to replace my hip to the recovery after with his PA Alex helping along the way was life changing. The best advise they give after surgery is walk, walk ,walk and it worked. I'm 100% pain free in the hip joint after just 3 months of recovery.

Dr. Murray replaced my left hip ten years ago and my right one this past spring. Both are working without pain. I think he does a terrific job and his Farmington office is efficiently run. St. Francis Hospital, where Dr. Murray does surgery, also provided great patient care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Murray for many years. The good doctor performed my bi-lateral knee replacement 15 years ago and they still work well! More recently, I had my left hip replaced in 2023 and my right hip replaced in 2024. Dr Murray and his team are exceptional … they are #1 - hands down “the best”

My high school football injury in 1967 caused a severe knee cartilage tear. In those days, it was common to remove the meniscus completely. I had a number of surgeries on that knee by several doctors afterward. In 2002, Dr. Murry replaced my left knee. Since then, 22 years later, my metal knee has been fantastic. I never even think about the fact it was replaced. Recently, my right knee was hurting. I was diagnosed with a complex tear of the right meniscus. I returned to Dr. Murray and was happy to have him take care of me again. Great results again. I'm so grateful.

Both Dr. Murray and his assistant Alex Bars, PA-C kept me updated on progress made with my hips.

Dr. Murray replaced both of my hips one on 9/5/23 & 10/23/23. I probably waited too long to have the surgery but finally found the right doctor for the job. He had the know how and experience supported by cutting edge technology. I left that first consultation feeling like this group was the perfect fit for me. I was impressed with Dr. Murray’s explanation of the robotic component of the surgery. How placing the hip with such precision added to better outcomes. It was exactly what I needed to hear. He was clear and so easy to understand when he described what would happen during the surgery and my after care. Alex Barr (PA) was wonderful! Dr. Murray’s office staff also gets an A+ from me. You are always greeted with a smile. The office manager and staff went above and beyond to help me. Any form I needed filled out or if I had a question they were addressed very quickly. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of this doctor and his team members.

Dr. Murray has done both of my knee replacements. Both surgeries went went and I had excellent results. One was this past January and feels strong and like a normal knee. The other was 15 years ago and he just did a partial knee revision for a little tune up in September and that recovery is going well. He listens, explains and leaves you feeling confident going into surgery. He also has a great physician's assistant, Dr. Alex Barr who was quick to respond to phone calls when I had various questions pop up.

Both of my total knee replacements perfomed by Dr Murray have been super successes! First was my Lt. Total knee done 13 years ago, I have never had a problem /no pain and full mobility!! Then on May 1,2023 , three months ago was my Rt. total knee replacement and it is about 98% healed.......no pain and full mobility!!

The staff is very friendly. Never a long wait. I'm doing very well after my surgery. Dr. Alex is very informative and kind. Dr Murray spoke to me the morning of my procedure and was very reassuring. If I ever need my other hip replaced, they will be the first place I call.

Dr. Murray replaced both knees (two months apart) and I recommend him if you need similar procedures.

Dr Murray replaced my left knee in 2007. He is an outstanding surgeon, no doubt, and I am doing great - the replacement was life changing!! It’s been 16 years and I am very happy. Other reviewers have said that he had a good bedside manner; in my experience he was arrogant and brisk. I’m very hopeful his bedside manner has matured with time.

Dr Murray has a communication skill far above any other Dr. I’ve seen. He knows how to talk to non-doctors.

Had bilateral knee replacements by Dr Murray with great success! Dr Murray and his team are excellent! Highly recommend.
