Dr. Perpich was nice... but the receptionist has HORRIBLE customer service. I had to call and cancel an appointment due to a sudden illness and the lady was so rude. Long story short.. they are suddenly 8 weeks out on appts because of 20 new patients and people canceling. I told her to send the record release form as we will be going elsewhere due to her rude attitude.
