Dr. Phillips has treated my family for many years. He is consistently one of the most kind, thorough, and knowledgeable doctors we have seen. Our concerns have ranged from fairly simple to the extremely complex. Dr. Phillips is always completely engaged and goes above and beyond to ensure we receive care that is exceptional and appropriate, even when others have given up. We all feel very fortunate that he has been our cardiologist.

Great doctor! Erudite and competent! Listens well. An athlete himself so he practices what he preaches. Also provides email and he will respond quickly. Glad to have him as my cardiologist.

One of the two worst experiences I have ever had with a doctor. Did not look at me a whole person, but I got the impression he saw me as a heart, veins and arteries. He did not seem to understand that WE ALL HAVE LIVES to live and in my way my time is as important to me as his time is important to him. He would not listen to me. He had his own agenda. His Hubris was off the chart and his arrogance was unsurpassed. I have no doubt that Dr. Phillips is a superb technician, a biological mechanic, and we agreed he would not be my doctor.

Outstanding doctor in every way. Evaluated my wife, and takes his time, explains his thought processes, very concerned and caring, and obviously very knowledgeable in his field. Absolutely recommend to anyone with heart issues.

Dr Phillips is one of the best physicians I have ever met. Not only is he an excellent cardiologist he has an overall health view that seldom is shown by specialists. He has all the most recent data and findings that are used as part of his analysis. He also spends the time to get to know the overall state of your general physical health. In summation he is one of the smartest physicians I have ever met regardless of specialty.
