Dr. Paul Rebenack, MD

I’ve been a patient for years - he delivered my baby & is amazing. The front office staff is beyond rude. I had an appointment & was canceled the same day due to the provider having an emergency - the lack of respect for my time was pathetic- they are too busy couldn’t care less. I called to cancel the future appointment - wasn’t canceled, still got a reminder call for it. They need customer service training- as a patient & a grown adult I will be spending my money elsewhere.

Very disappointed in this practice. Been going to them for over 20 years. Didn't realize I had an appointment. They said they try to contact me and I didn't respond. And they kick me out of their practice. This doctor deliver both of my kids. Very very disappointment.

Dr Rebenack displayed his many years of expertise and experience when he delivered our baby with ease. He knows his trade and it shows.

Dr. Rebenack is a great GYN. He always has covered everything that was a concern to me and made great suggestions. my last appt. I wasn't able to see him, I saw one of the new ARNP's that he has didn't really connect with me. As intimate as this type of practice is, she needs to be a little more responsive to the patient and not be so condescending. She needs to be more of a listener than a talker.

Dr Rebenack is a good dr, but his staff is cold and uncaring. I had a situation while out of town and needed a follow up, I explained this to the front desk ppl many times, but since I wasn't dying they would not schedule me, they were sooo booked, then I got an appt & they called to canceled 20min before and I had to basically beg them to see me and on a 2nd call they told me to come in Tuesday, meaning today, I got there and they said appt was for tomorrow. No it wasnt. I'm doNE with them.
